Summary
Hawks, in all of his keen intellect and impressive observation skills, has come to a conclusion. Dabi has a sneeze kink. In order to test out his theory and attempt to rile the villain up, Hawks goes and gets himself sick. Except it ends up being a bit worse than he'd intended. Dabi is exasperated but also not about to leave Hawks all on his own.

When Hawks comes home after a long day to find Dabi at his apartment, he is not happy. He's been suffering from seasonal allergies all week and doesn't want to deal with the intrusion, but despite Hawks' very reasonable assumptions, Dabi is actually willing to help him feel better.

Summary
The coordinates Dabi had sent over in code sear in Hawks’ brain as he flies against the sleet raining from the sky. What a way to end the year, heading to the red-light district to find the criminal who’d ghosted him for the past two weeks. He can only hope he’ll begin the new year with the same problems and that the new ones will wait just a bit longer, that he’ll see the end of the new year and not just the beginning. Damn signs everywhere making him sentimental. What brings him literally down to earth is Dabi’s heartbeat, fainter and slower than usual, posture slouched in a way outside of the normal uncaring yet somehow jeering stance he takes on. Hawks is no empath, but he is a hero, and it’s obvious he’s in worse shape than usual.
