She had arrows stored in a quiver strapped onto her back, the dagger which was coated in dust, and a silver circlet on her head contrasting her dark hair. Then he stared at her face. In the dark alley way it was hard to see, but-
    “Thals?”
    She squinted at him. Despite the obvious security risk, he yanked off his helmet and then his domino mask.
    “...Jason?”

    Or: Jason didn't survive out on Crime Alley on his own. For the most part. Thalia didn't survive the loss of her brother on her own. For the most part. Years later they talk.
