    Sukuna is unfamiliar with a Megumi that does not know him. His last blessing was a guardian of Sukuna’s temple that caught Sukuna’s eye, but this one… this one must be a gift from his blessing to tide Sukuna over. Until he meets his blessing again.

    Sukuna dips his nose into the curve of Megumi’s neck, holding tight to Megumi by the hair when squirms. Megumi reeks of fear and confusion, but there’s an underlying fire that drives Sukuna wild like no one else since his blessing. Sukuna breathes in Megumi’s scent, smiling as the human’s pulse quickens. He struggles under Sukuna’s grip until Sukuna tugs on his hair again. It’s shorter than Sukuna’s blessing’s ever was, but it’s still a good leash to keep Megumi’s green eyes wide and glassy on him.

    “Tell me,” Sukuna starts, “what are you so afraid of?”
