    It was funny the first few times: Otacon going through a cycle of rubbing his arms in hopes of getting goosebumps away, typing, immediately putting his hands back down to warm them up, shivering and squirming, etcetera. Finally, Snake couldn’t stand it any longer. The other just looked pathetic like this. He approached Otacon slowly, the soft sound of his footsteps muffled by the thick, shaggy carpet. Otacon stiffened, his heart racing as he felt Snake's presence behind him. The sudden warmth of Snake's bare chest against his back was a stark contrast to the chilly air that had surrounded him moments before. The smell of sandalwood and some shampoo, a scent so unique that just screamed Snake, filled his nostrils, sending his thoughts spiraling in a direction he had long tried to suppress.

    Otacon’s freezing, and Snake finds it entertaining till he finally gets annoyed and steps in to do something.
