Summary
Georgie Cecilia Hodgson is truly wandering the fucking labyrinth. Her not-too-wonderful boyfriend has just broken up with her and not the other way around as would have been better (for her ego) after eight months of beefing with her and everybody around her and her dog… And on her way home she runs straight into a muntjac deer.
Luckily, Georgie is looking for a sense of identity—and luckily she is also both a surprisingly competent and actually certified wildlife rehabilitator. But considering what—or perhaps who—her deer is, perhaps that latter part isn’t quite so relevant. (And perhaps it’s a good thing that Georgie’s dog is not what she’s taken him to be for the last few years, too.)

Summary

Sometimes Edward thinks her only flaw is poor judgment—or maybe poor eyesight—because he can’t fathom why she’d choose to be with him of all people. At times he’s convinced his sole purpose is to persuade Georgie she could do better. Fortunately for him, Georgie tends to have her own opinions on such matters.
