A loud whirring filled the air as he held it in. Al-Haitham stared with mesmerisation as the bulbous tip grew bigger before his eyes. This was going to be thrilling.

He longed for the days he would be shown love the way others are. Night after night of convincing himself that everyone was right, that one day he will be the same as everyone else, that the right person just has not come along yet. That one day, he too will be like the people of Mondstadt.

It was a quiet whisper into a pillow, nearly lost to the sounds of groaning and rustling.

Kaveh’s lips parted in shock as he slowed to a halt, eyes wide and his expression mirrored by Al-Haitham. In a panic, Al-Haitham attempted to speak first to assuage the situation, but Kaveh quickly overtook him with a sultry smile and a roll of his hips.
“Is my pretty baby feeling good?”

Everything was just… wrong. Unpleasant, nauseating. He could feel the ghastly toy bumping against his leg. Tears and snot were running off his face and making a damp, disgusting mess of the silky sheets pressed against him. Lubricant turned to crust on his skin, flaking away onto his bed. He wanted to rip into his skin, his hair, clawing and scratching at everything that is Kaveh until nothing but bones and unrecognisable flesh remained.

Oh. Oh no.
“What is what?” Kaveh asks, quickly. Far, far too quickly.
“That.” Alhaitham reaches forward, then. He grabs Kaveh’s chin and directs the other man’s gaze towards three hearts that have drifted off to Alhaitham’s right.
“O-oh,” Kaveh chokes out, torn between mortified and exceedingly overwhelmed. He has some explaining to do.
Kaveh temporarily suffers from a strange illness where hearts appear whenever his emotions are at a high. Lucky for him, those hearts seem to have a thing for Alhaitham. Go figure.

Overwhelmed by the sensation of Alhaitham’s breath against his skin, heart beating erratically, Kaveh grunted softly and tried to step over the fallen bucket - but the movement only pushed them closer, tangling their legs and trapping Alhaitham’s thigh firmly between his own.
“You’re not going to make it any bigger by squirming,” Alhaitham hissed, hand clamping down on Kaveh’s waist and holding him in place with a grip that had turned to steel.
Kaveh sucked in a sharp breath at the sudden pressure, his body reacting before his brain could catch up and sending a jolt of heat flaring beneath his skin. “I - gods, would you just -”
“Shh,” Alhaitham interrupted harshly.
“No, you shh,” Kaveh shot back in a whisper, bapping Alhaitham petulantly on the arm. “I think I can move my leg, just -”
Alhaitham exhaled a quick, frustrated huff and twisted his torso just enough to be able to slide one palm up from Kaveh’s side, tracing a distractingly firm line along his body before landing squarely over his mouth. “Shut up,” Alhaitham whispered directly into his ear, lips brushing just close enough to make the words feel like a threat.

Aether swallowed, hard. He feels nervous but not the bad kind of nervous, it’s laced with excitement and anticipation to what Albedo has in store for him.
“I advise not doing anything until then.” Albedo kisses his nape and pulls away, the warmth of his hand is gone in an instant. Aether couldn’t bite back the sound of disappointment at being left abruptly. “Later, dearest, I’ll make sure to reward you handsomely for your patience.”
