17 yr old Sakura defeats Kaguya with a forbidden Jutsu and finds herself sent 25 years in the past. Meets a teenage Minato, tells Sarutobi the truth. Inoichi, Shikaku and Minato all find out when she agrees to a mind walk. Managed to keep Sasuske's betrayal, Naruto's parentage/history and Obito secret. Staying with Minato as a distant cousin immigrating to Konoha but rumor mill has them dating and pregnant although neither are aware of that. Minato is crushing bad but hasn't figured it out yet.
Being sent to Ame to help with Hanzo and save Kato Dan.

Probably my favorite multi chapter Clarke/Roan. Realistic and not angsty.
Post primfeya life in the bunker is mostly just filler and character growth though so maybe just skim it on re-reads. (21-25)

Summary
24-year-old War Hero and iryō-nin, Haruno Sakura, is tired. She ran away from her responsibilities to an alternate dimension three years ago, with 0 intention of interacting with the shinobi world. With only a mokuton-made sanctuary and orchard to her name, she intends to spend her time healing with Katsuyu as her sole companion.
Then, some idiots decide to run past her hidden sanctuary with two obviously kidnapped young boys. Two young boys with chakra signatures she would know anywhere. At any point in time.
Suddenly, Sakura’s retirement is up in flames, as she finds herself drawn to a stoic and hardened widower, Namikaze Minato.
