War drags on, world ends, very tired and jaded Sakura, Naruto and Sasuke go back to when they were 7(ish). Save Shisui, expose Danzou, stop the coup. Tell Sarutobi, Fugaku, Jiraya, Kakashi, Shisui and Itachi the truth about the future and make it very clear they outrank all of them and they will be fixing shit from the shadows. Sarutobi, et all agree to help and support them. Still pretending to be kids in front of everyone else. Sakura fixes Shisui and Itachi's eyes.

Summary
It started during Winter Break, when Itachi fell ill.
It became apparent just how ostracized the Uchiha were from the rest of the village when they needed to rely upon a civilian apothecary to help their heir, rather than trust in the Konoha hospital.
Sasuke invites both Sakura and Naruto to his home as a way to invite Sakura's apothecary mother. An unexpected and strong friendship develops between the three of them.
Itachi returns to Anbu, thinking none the wiser.
However, Danzo is always watching, plotting to destroy the Uchiha and their allies.
This time, when Itachi is faced with the ultimatum by Danzo, instead of eliminating his clan, he takes Sasuke, Sakura and a dying Shisui to one of the Sannin, hoping to escape.

Shisui did not die the day he fell into the Naka River. Instead, he is recovered by Orochimaru and becomes the master swordsman that trains the Snake Sannin’s disciples including Sasuke.

Escapes, settles in a resort village, requests Sakura's help setting up a clinic for the village. She meets Shisui and falls for him fast. Itachi shows up and she finds out the truth about the massacre and him being a spy. Triad relationship. Kisame and Ino are supportive friends.
