Summary
The Prince/Princess Protection Program was created after the Romanov Family executions as a way to protect the innocent royal children whose countries were in immediate danger, or young royals who were subjected to their parents’ crimes or during civil wars. It’s also supposed to protect royal children from abuse, but there had never been an actual known case of a royal parent being abusive.

"Oh my god, Reggie!" Alex said. He dropped his textbook on the floor and ran towards the boy hugging him. He looked the boy up and down and frowned when he noticed the bruise on his face. The bruise that most likely came from Reggie's previous caregiver Caleb.
Alex, Luke, and Reggie all met in a group home run by Caleb Covington. Both Alex and Luke were able to get out fairly quickly; Luke went back to his parents while Alex was fostered by the Molina's. Reggie, on the other hand, wasn't so lucky.

Summary
Peter Parker has been in Foster Care since he was eight years old. The now 15-year-old has had a couple of decent foster families, but for the most part his experience in the system has been crap.
When Peter was 14, he was Lucky enough to earn a full tuition scholarship to Midtown Tech. At first, Midtown was paying for everything: his lunches, his books, and they even gave him access to reliable technology so he could do his own homework. But, over the Summer Midtown made some changes. Now, they're only covering his tuition, and even though Peter's foster parent's, Reginald and Elizabeth Thompson, are insanely wealthy, they refuse help him out in any way.
So what does Peter do? He applies for a grant with The September Foundation. What could go wrong.

Summary
Reggie Peters spent a majority of his childhood growing up in foster care. He some how managed to keep his living situation from two of his best friends and his best friend's boy friend. He even received a full scholarship to a private arts school in LA. Life couldn't be better.
The Molina's became registered as a foster family for two reasons, one: in case their daughter's best friend had to stay with them while their parents went overseas to film another movie and two: in case the quiet blonde boy from church was kicked out by his parents and he had no where to go. But they weren't going to say no incase they came across another teenager who needed a home.
When Reggie's current foster family, puts Reggie in Respite care during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, the Molina's reluctantly take him in, trying their best not to get to attached,
