Now, though. He’s seen humans in love, disgustingly in love, who it’d take all the combined forces of Heaven and Hell to separate, who have kissed each other as if air from the other is the only thing that would do anymore. It certainly hadn’t seemed uncomfortable for them.
It doesn’t seem too uncomfortable to Crowley, right now. The longer this split second drags, while Aziraphale smiles at him as if he’s something worth smiling at, the angel’s lips are starting to look like the most comfortable place on Earth.

Crowley has wanted to kiss Aziraphale for hundreds of years. Now that he’s done it wrong, he’d rather not think about it anymore. Aziraphale is a different story entirely.
