Summary
“I’ll pick you up, then. It’ll be snowing by the time you’re done, the first snow,” He said, a teasing tone to his words. His right hand moved from the steering wheel to rest on the middle console, fingers stretching to relax it a bit.
Haechan’s eyes darted down to look at the pale hand, he hesitated for a moment before his own caramel colored hand came down to lightly touch the bigger one, his smile dropping when Mark recoiled from his touch.

Summary
There’s a shadow over Hawkins, Indiana.
Mike’s learned to live beside it ever since the day Will and El went missing in the woods, six long years ago. Even after their return, Hawkins never healed. Neither did they. Mike’s seen what they’re capable of. He hears things moving around in the woods surrounding Hawkins at night. Officially, they’re coyotes. Foxes. Not the human kind, but the kind that was here before them. Unofficially, Mike’s seen Will’s drawings. He’s read El’s stories. He’s listened to their harrowing tales.
He believes every word of them.
Mike Wheeler knows the rules. Wolves do not crowd prey animals. Alphas do not cross boundaries, especially not with a Grizzly Bear like Jim Hopper breathing down his back. He knows better than to mention the things the twins have seen. Mike knows how to behave. Yet when November 1st, 1989 arrives, he finds himself on the Hopper-Byers household’s doorstep, eager to be there for the twins as fear returns to grip them for another week out of the year.
Only this time, whatever is haunting Hawkins and bound to the Byers twins is closer than they think.

Summary
That’s when Will realized his pheromone blocker must have been peeled off by the water stream. His scent filled the room in seconds, strong and almost stifling. Mike must have realized it, too, because his head whipped to the side to look at him, eyes wide and panicked.
“Will, your- your patch,” he said, his voice strained from the effort of holding back the soldier banging against the door. The true extent of his scent must have hit him then, because his eyes widened even more. “You smell like… Will, you’re in heat.”
And that was the real problem - Will wasn’t just in pre-heat anymore, but definitely already in full-blown heat.
.........
or: Will tries to hide the fact that he's in pre-heat when they go rescue the kids at the MAC-Z. The plan goes horribly wrong when he goes into full heat in the middle of the army base instead, and his pheromone blockers fail him.

Summary
“God, Will, don’t apologize,” Mike said firmly, no room for argument. “I’m sorry, okay? I’m so sorry, I just rushed into it. Fuck, that fucking bastard’s lucky he’s already dead.” His voice was steady, but there was something fierce under it now. Protective.
Will let out a breath, tension leaving him when he knew Mike wasn’t upset with him. “I didn’t want you to think it was because I didn’t want to-” He gestured vaguely between them. “This.”
“I don’t. But, we really don’t have to if it’s making you upset,” Mike rushed to assure. “We can just talk, or read that new Spiderman comic, or… cuddle, or something.”
“No,” Will said too quickly. “I mean- we can. But I think I want to try again. Maybe I can try to make my brain, like, associate it with a good memory. With you. I mean, only if you want to.”
....or: Will has trauma regarding his mouth because of Vecna and the Upsidedown. He tries to figure this whole kissing thing out, with Mike.
