Summary
They sit side by side on the long wooden porch swing, their legs touching as various insects buzz down by the water. It's impossible, physically impossible, for Tony not to wrap an arm around the kid, so he gives into temptation and is rewarded by Peter's head coming to rest on his shoulder. This time it's Peter who breaks the ice. "Do you know what my last thought was, before I died?"
Peter and Tony decide to take the second chance they've been given. It goes pretty well.
