Pure Vanilla blinked. “What–?”
“Medicine,” Shadow Milk snapped, tilting the syringe threateningly. “Liquid. You need it. Your fever’s gross. I’m not dealing with it all day, again.”
OR
Pure Vanilla is sick. Shadow Milk begrudgingly steps in as caretaker.

“As much as you complain about it. I know you don’t truly hate the markets,” Pure Vanilla commented after a while.
Shadow Milk made a face of disapproval. “I hate like. Eighty percent of it.”
“Mmm,” Pure Vanilla hummed, eyes ahead. “But the other twenty?”
“…Tolerable,” Shadow Milk allowed. “Some of it. Maybe.”
