Right, he focused on breathing, afraid he might faint from the concerningly small amount of oxygen he was taking in. That was the last thing he needed. He opened the door and stepped onto the battered carpet floor of the motel bedroom.
Sam was lying on top of one of the single beds. Uncomfortably, his legs were skewed to the side so that his shoes wouldn't touch the sheets. In his hand was Dad's journal. His eyes were narrowed and he didn't even look up at Dean once.
“He–hey Sammy,” He winced at the higher pitch of his voice. Suddenly missing his lower deeper tone and praying that his throat would allow him to lower his voice consciously. He had that problem during puberty.
Sam's eyes shot up, he put the book away and reached for the gun on the tiny drawer. “Who the fuck-what did you do with Dean?” He was steadfastly pointing the gun at her, his finger tense on the trigger. With their experience with supernatural entities like doppelganger and fucking skin walkers, his reaction made sense.
Or in which; Dean gets turned into a woman, deals with his feelings and scores.

Summary
Dean is a mockery of mary.
Dad knows, Sammy too.
John Winchester is obsessive, with only one purpose. All Dean can do is make sure Sammy doesn’t get hurt. So, when dad leaves for the first time, with ominous warnings, $25 dollars, and a gun, he doesn’t think twice, readily accepting his role.
In other words, an exploration of the burden placed upon Dean, and how he copes with being a parent and brother.

Summary
It had been 5 months since Bruce officially adopted Jason, now known as Jason Wayne-Todd. He'd finally relaxed into the manor and the new dynamics.
He learnt where all the passages led to, the secret escape routes, which windows were sealed shut, and most importantly even got access to the kitchen, approved by Alfred of course. So, he had finally become comfortable in his new home.
Except one significant part of it; his new brother, Dick Grayson.
