Summary
It's hard at the beginning, as most important things tend to be. Reactions are mixed, but the general consensus is that they all like Poe more as a pilot than a leader. And for the most part, Poe agrees with them.
In the days taking place after the battle on Crait, Poe has to learn what it means to be a leader in the wake of losses that hang heavy on his soul.
