Summary
The reader works for Selby as a human polygraph. When Sam, Bucky, and Zemo crash the party in Madripoor, the reader goes with them. They have a flawless lie detection mutation, along with Wanda-like powers that are better described in the fic. They fall for Zemo and good times ensue. The plot follows pretty close to episode canon, but with a few tweaks for our collective well-being.
