Summary
Vecna is defeated and the party is preparing for final exams. Will has a problem, he can’t seem to relax. He’s tried pretty much everything but he can’t let go. He talks to his friends about it and they all seem to have their own ways of coping. Still nothing is working, he wishes he was like any other teenage boy, wishes his trauma wouldn't get in the way of a very natural biological function. But he just can't seem to get Vecna's visions out of his head. Enter Mike.
Mike gives Will the massage of a lifetime.
(Characters are 18, everyone lived, the Duffer brothers are cowards and Divorce Gate is real)

Summary
Mikes reaction to the compliment is something Will doesn't catch because he's too busy lowering himself in between Mikes knees.
Will assumes Mike was probably once again tilting his head to the side in confusion like an adorable fucking puppy, with his eyebrows furrowed and face flushed pink, probably wondering why Will made such a choice to call him that.
But he's gonna find out soon. So why tell him?
Or
Will wants to try topping Mike, but hes too afraid to ask. So he just ends up going farther and farther down without permission.
And Mike ends up not caring about giving him permission and develops a CNC Kink (kinda)

"Wait, we're just gonna drink it with no chaser?" Will grimaced, god knows how bad his throat was gonna hurt
"Oh? when did I say you were drinking, Will? did the drugs make you that eager?" Mike smirked, taking the first gulp of liquid and immediately looking grossed out
embarassed, will shook his head, mumbling some apology before sitting next to Mike.
Comfortably close, the high was taking ahold of his senses a good amount, and something about sitting on a strangers rotting dusty bed with his best friend was intensely euphoric
Mike coughed a little at the burn, before handing it towards Will
"I- I don't need to, I just assumed..." Will grabbed the bottle, fearfully as Mike shrugged, "I want you to,"

“Can I ask you something?”
Will laughs a little, shaking his head with an expression of complete bewilderment. “You already have.”
“Something else.”
Will shrugs. Mike wonders what he’s thinking. “Go for it.”
“It might be weird,” Mike warns in a stage whisper. He isn’t sure what’s weird or not anymore. He has a feeling this question crosses the line, but the feeling isn’t strong enough to stop him from asking. Not with Will standing so close, looking so glowy and perfect.
“Whatever, Mike,” Will laughs. “It can’t be weirder than what’s already happened to-”
“Have you ever thought about us?”In which Mike Wheeler gets drunk, tries to kiss his best friend, and is generally an idiot. What else is new.

“Would it help if...” Mike hesitated. “Would it help if you... had a good memory?”
Will blinked and looked up at him. “A good memory? What do you mean?”
“I mean...” Mike stared at the vast dark landscape below them as if he was scanning for a threat. “You can fight Vecna with good memories, right? If you had a memory of something that wasn’t cold and wasn’t trying to hurt you... You could use it to fight him. You would have a weapon in your mind. Would that help?”
Aka if Will and Mike had kissed during their radio tower scene in the finale.
