Now, Xiao has heard enough of Aether’s ideas in the past to know he was plenty capable of coming up with ridiculous schemes and plans, but the Yaksha was sure this took the cake. He gave Aether a long, hard stare to allow enough time for his love to laugh and apologise for the joke and reclaim his space on the Yaksha’s lap, but when no such thing happened, Xiao began spluttering in shock.
OR
Xiao feels guilty over being carried to Bubu Pharmacy by Qiqi yet again, so Aether helps him make her dumplings as an apology.
