Summary
Neuvillette turns up his nose slightly at the thought of walking amongst the newborn race. Had the Cataclysm not just happened? Had these creatures already forgotten that they lost Egeria to the desert in the south? How can she easily ask him to walk amongst such arrogant creatures?

After all, the Hydro Dragon must first understand humanity in order to pardon their sins, and who better to convince said Dragon to accept the position of the Iudex if not the one who will eventually hold his heart?
