Summary
Caleb approaches, but the man doesn't raise his eyes until he is taking a seat right next to him. There is a quick up-and-down, which Caleb is not exactly a stranger to, so he smiles wryly under the attention."Lythir?" The drow's intonation is slightly lilted, seductive, but the way he says the name betrays some nervousness.
There is a pang in Caleb's chest at the possibility of having to leave without getting to have a conversation, but he shakes his head truthfully. "If you're waiting for someone I can leave." he says, but doesn't move until told to. Lavander eyes pierce through his as if they are trying to find his intention from one sentence.

Summary
“I don’t just hand out a real reading on corners and in bars,” Mollymauk said. “You want a real reading? I can give you a real reading. Upstairs, and with a proper set up. Maybe you can prove that fateful card there wrong.”
He tilted his head just a bit and his grin sharpened into something more suggestive. He could see the flush spreading up Caleb’s cheeks, and that alone was another success for the evening, if nothing else.
But then Caleb stood up, facing him with less than a foot between them, and Molly’s posture almost collapsed when that aura washed over him, sending shivers streaking up and down his spine. His tail lashed for a moment before wrapping securely around his ankle.
“Fine,” said Caleb shortly. His face was carefully blank, but his eyes were bright, fiery, and his cheeks were red.

Mollymauk has been slowly intensifying his flirting game with Caleb as his confidence grows that the wizard is, in fact, also interested. It culminates in a tarot reading.

Summary
Following a smidge of time-line fuckery, Gale meets a handsome stranger in the Yawning Portal - a stranger who seems to know far too much about him, to be far too invested in his life and his happiness, and to be far too attractive to let slip through his fingers.
The stranger also happens to be an incredibly welcome distraction from the otherwise miserable and confusing hellscape that is Gale Dekarios's personal life. His mother worries about him constantly, his familiar won't talk to him about anything that matters, his mentor won't tell him anything useful, and his goddess is making cryptic and increasing demands.
OR: Gale meets a handsome vampire in 1487 who seems deadset on making all his problems go away, with some strings attached.
