Summary
Zuko had never excelled at anything. Azula was a prodigy. Uncle always knew what to say. And Father... Father was strong, iron-like. But Zuko had only ever been good at surviving. Putting one foot in front of the other in a grim show of stubborn determination, gritting his teeth and bearing it. Survival was all he had ever been taught. He knew how to do it. So when he was kidnapped by the Southern Water Tribe, he expected to fight as he always had. He didn’t expect to be taught instead how to live.
In a warring land, the Water Tribe forgave the enemy in an act of defiance. For this, he was torn from them, and this time, his wounds won't heal so easily.
Forced back into nothing but survival, the last person Zuko expected to see was Hakoda's son. Hakoda was a promise of safety. The relentless blue of Sokka’s eyes was a promise of happiness. Zuko could have both if he just reached out his hands, but he found them clutching into fists. After all, he’d been burned one too many times.
But hey, at least between Hakoda and Sokka, Zuko could appreciate the family resemblance of pure, asinine stubbornness.

Summary
“Steve really needed to get his stupid thing he had with Munson under control. He struggled to find a word for it. It was like an anti-crush or something. The same awareness and panic that a crush brought, but not because he had feelings for the guy. Because of the opposite. Because any time he saw Munson, his heart kicked up in fear, his breathing got shallow, his whole body started to warm. Munson made him want to turn heel and run.”
In which Steve has the opposite of the suspended bridge effect.
(Featuring omega!Steve pretending to be an alpha and alpha!Eddie silently losing his mind.)

Summary
Steve stares down into big blue eyes looking up at him. Familiar, yet the boy he has his arms wrapped tight around is too small. Too tiny to be the fifteen-year-old beta he swears he was yanking through the gate.
But the gaping teeth, unruly curls, and the now oversized clothes are unmistakable.
“Henderson?” Steve questioned in disbelief. The teeny pup, possibly seven or eight, simply tilts his head and his small hands curl into Steve’s polo. His eyes begin to water, his lower lip quivering.
And immediately little Dustin begins crying.

Summary
Steve Harrington has spent most of his life being talked about. He knows better than most how fast gossip moves through Hawkins—he grew up on it, lived off it, and eventually got devoured by it. King Steve. Whore of Hawkins. He’s heard it all.
So, when he whines to Robin about being nauseous after a particularly rough heat—right in the middle of Family Video—he has no idea he’s dousing himself with gasoline because who else, but Pamela Hagan, overhears him. By sunset, the entire town knows for a fact that Steve the Hair Harrington is pregnant, unmarked, and clearly abandoned by the Alpha who knocked him up.
Steve, of course, is completely oblivious, at least at first. He’s too busy wondering why his heats keep getting worse every month, and why something inside him feels aching, hollow, and unbearably empty. Which is why, when he opens his door one day to find Eddie Munson kneeling there with his class ring in his hand...
Steve genuinely has no fucking idea what’s going onBookmarked by wotcaurs
