Summary
Judging by the splashing Riza had heard before, the person had been fighting hard before, but their efforts had dwindled as breath and strength left their body. It was more twitching than fighting now, accomplishing little more than splashing water over the edge of the fountain and onto their navy blue military slacks.
Roy nearly drowns as a result of an attack, and Riza takes care of him afterwards.
