Summary
Zuko had never excelled at anything. Azula was a prodigy. Uncle always knew what to say. And Father... Father was strong, iron-like. But Zuko had only ever been good at surviving. Putting one foot in front of the other in a grim show of stubborn determination, gritting his teeth and bearing it. Survival was all he had ever been taught. He knew how to do it. So when he was kidnapped by the Southern Water Tribe, he expected to fight as he always had. He didn’t expect to be taught instead how to live.
In a warring land, the Water Tribe forgave the enemy in an act of defiance. For this, he was torn from them, and this time, his wounds won't heal so easily.
Forced back into nothing but survival, the last person Zuko expected to see was Hakoda's son. Hakoda was a promise of safety. The relentless blue of Sokka’s eyes was a promise of happiness. Zuko could have both if he just reached out his hands, but he found them clutching into fists. After all, he’d been burned one too many times.
But hey, at least between Hakoda and Sokka, Zuko could appreciate the family resemblance of pure, asinine stubbornness.

Summary
When eight-year-old Regulus is yanked from his home after his parents’ brilliant idea to cover for a cartel ends in disaster (and gunfire), he has one desperate request: find his long-lost brother, Sirius, who walked out on their toxic family four years ago.
Now living in London with his girlfriend Marlene and their enormous, overly friendly dog, Sirius doesn’t hesitate to step up. Sure, his idea of responsible adult looks more like tattoos, motorcycles and questionable life choices, but he’s determined to give Regulus the home they both deserved growing up. With their tagalong crew of overprotective friends ready to throw hands at anyone who so much as frowns at the kid, the trio dives headfirst into the chaos of makeshift family life.
It’s a comforting (sometimes not so much though) story of belonging, breaking cycles, and figuring out how to be a grown-up—one messy, wonderful day at a time.

Summary
“She’ll never claim me,” he whispered. Silena shook her head, eyes wild as she looked around for anyone who could be watching.
“My mother doesn’t remember half of her children as it is,” she said with a note of bitterness. “If you do something to impress her, it won’t matter. Return the bolt in her name. She’ll claim you if you act the part. If you stay unclaimed then they'll figure out what you really are," she said, squeezing his hands tightly. Percy's heart sped up.
"I - I don't know the first thing about Aphrodite-"
"My mother was born of sea foam," Silena cut him off. "And if you're really who I think you are... you are the sea. You can pull this off," she said and touched his cheek. "Get the bolt. Survive," she said. Percy swallowed.
"What if I can't act the part?" He asked. Silena's expression went blank for a moment. Slowly, she slipped off her bracelet and placed it in his hands.
"If you're going to be one of us... you better learn."
Or
AU where Percy has to hide the fact he's a Big Three kid otherwise he'll be killed on the spot. Unfortunately for him, unclaimed kids tend to raise the most suspicion... but he might have found a loophole in the form of Aphrodite.

The star's remains are fired across the galaxy at a speed of 40,000 km per second. Entire galaxies are outshined by the death of one star...
A supernova.

This... Yeah no this definitely wasn't in Sirius' plans when he decided to make sure his brother lived past eighteen.
Like sure, he thought maybe some things would change (a lot of things changed and Sirius doesn't like to dwell on it because it's a massive headache and increases his anxiety) but this. THIS.
He doesn't even know how this could be a possible outcome.(A time travel fic where Sirius has the fascinating task of dealing with the biggest butterfly effect of his life.)
