Summary
Surviving in the wilderness really isn't all it's cracked up to be.
After being gone for a year, John Dory returns to the Troll Tree to find it completely empty. Save for one troll: His baby brother, Branch. Thinking the trolls and the rest of his family dead, he sets off once again to the Neverglade Trail, this time, with his baby brother in tow. Fueled by fear, guilt, and voices from the past he just can't seem to escape, he wonders if he made the right decision.
But he promised his brother he would never leave him again. So he wouldn't.
Besides, he was never known for his great decisions anyways.
(Based on the song "Great Decisions" by Judah & the Lion)

Or... I needed to write more John Dory and Branch ANGST, so here's my rewrite of canon, where John Dory goes back and raises Branch out in the wilderness, and other subsequent shenanigans. Let's see how this goes, shall we?

Summary
I found a story of where John Dory had Epilepsy and tried to hide it from his brothers after they saved Floyd. As an Epileptic myself it got me thinking... what if I wrote a story of John Dory with Epilepsy through my eyes and experiences? So our boy is basically me growing up with Epilepsy because I love to mess with him. It gets worse before it gets better but I promise he'll be fine, he's got his family every step of the way.

Together, the three escape the Troll Tree with the other trolls, and live together in the new Pop village.
How would his presence shape the life of Branch, and the events leading up to, and during the three movies?
A story in which John Dory becomes a huge part of Branches life, who grows up to be similar in personality to his big brother/father figure.
Oh, and to give some love to Grandma Rosiepuff.
