He just follows Arthur to the older man’s room gripping his pants in his hand as the commotion from the party fades.
“Art… Do you really want me? Or is this just-” John swallows and lets Arthur nudge him into the older man’s room, the door closing, John flicking on the lights, looking at Arthur anxiously, “Are you just doin’ this ‘cause you’re sad?”
“... Am I fuckin’ you ‘cause I’m sad?” Arthur asks, a bit wryly, coming closer and tugging at the shirt John’s wearing, pretty sure now that it used to be his, “Mm… Maybe a bit.”
