I'm ashamed to say that this story is gonna be as self gratifying as my story 'Distraction' was, but I hope you all enjoy it anyway.

Also couldn't say how long this will turn out to be. Probably long enough to were my hand will cramp up to an indistinguishable claw due to all the smut i'll be writing.

We die like men. Enjoy!

Chapter Text

As Izuku watches the waiter leave his table for the third time, he views this as the perfect time to reflect on the choices he made that led him here.

Here being alone, at a table for two in one of the stuffiest restaurants he’s never been to, waiting on a date with who he’s never met before.

Admittedly he showed up a bit early to make a good impression, but to the restaurant staff he just looked out of place and nervous.

Which he was, but he hoped no one would notice. The greenette couldn't even enjoy laughing at the extremely over-elegant decor because he was too busy sending awkward smiles at the wait staff that would swing by his table ever so often.

Yet somehow, the only thing that made him feel better about his current awkward situation was blaming his misfortune completely on Uraraka.

“Come on Izuku~” The brunette whined as she hung upside down on the couch. “He’s totally hot and just your type.”

“No you come on, Uraraka.” he said ignoring her plea from the opposite side of their living room.

“Besides I don't know if he’s exactly my-” She stopped him mid sentence to shove a picture from the man’s profile in his face.

Muscular. Blonde. Probably packing judging by those shorts he was wearing poolside. And by the unamused look on his face, he was probably a little mean.

He’d give her credit. He was his type.

“W-well..I’m busy.” he lied.

“No you’re not!”

“Uraraka!”

She walked over and squished herself into the single loveseat with him before she continued. “Just message him at least, he already liked your photo!”

“And what do I do if he asks me out?”

“Go. On. The. Date. Duh.” She rolled her eyes for emphasise."Geez, must I teach you everything?" Uraraka was lucky that he adored her so much. Regardless he pushed the phone from his personal space.

“Come onnn~” The brunette starts again, slumping heavily against his side. “You’ve been out of the game for a bit. And not just with daddies. With guys in general!”

“That’s cause I haven’t needed a guy or a daddy for anything lately.”

Which was true. His last arrangement left him in a good place financially, he loved his job at the gym and all his clients. The pay was decent enough to live off of and in all honesty even if it wasn’t, he’d probably still want to work there.

“Well even if you don’t go for the money, go just to have a little fun.” she urged on, swiping more pictures of the toned blonde scowling man in front of his eyes. “Some hot blonde sloppy toppy kind of fun~”

Izuku was ashamed to say that he didn't look away from the phone. But only slightly ashamed.

“Worst case scenario, it doesn’t work out. Pwease~”

After a few more minutes of pouting, Uraraka had gotten her way and Izuku sent his first text message to Katsuki Bakugou.

Surprisingly enough, he responded quickly. And even better, he seemed like a real deal sugar daddy and not some scam artist that just wanted his credit card information. Someone a bit classy with experience. Polite enough to compliment him, but not waste his time with endless flattery and promises.

“I’d love the chance to meet you and get to know you, sweetheart. Perhaps over dinner<3 ?”

*

“I’d like that too c:”

After maybe a week of texting, they decide on a time to meet. Which is what brought Izuku back to his current situation.

Sitting in some boujee restaurant downtown. Alone and uncomfortably twitching in his seat while simultaneously trying not to sweat through his dress shirt.

Uraraka was right. He has been out of the game for a while. This wasn't his first rodeo, so to speak and this certainly wasn't his first date.

It wasn’t lost on him that the type of men who usually liked his photos were men that liked the ‘cute boy toy’ type. And his own face tended to give off that vibe quite a bit. So he plays it up during dinners. Especially first-meeting-dinners. He always tried his hardest to give off that sweet and demure fantasy. However, he couldn’t do it if he was nervous.

So he calms down and tries to look presentable for the man who invited him here. He was trying to make a good impression after all.

“I apologize for keeping you waiting, Izuku my dear.” Izuku hears the velvety voice just behind him. He straightens up before replying.

“Not at all! It’s-” The man who joins him however isn’t Katsuki, or he doesn’t think he is. “I-it’s nice to meet you as well.”

The man who sits down at his table is tall, and well dressed with fair skin. He was badly scarred over his left eye, but combined with his shock of red and white hair and sharp features, it didn't detract from the fact that this man was above all, indescribably handsome.

So handsome that Izuku simply allowed himself to stare at the other man a bit longer instead of questioning the fact that he was in fact supposed to be waiting for a very different handsome man.

“Lovely to meet you. Again, I apologize. I usually try to be earlier than the scheduled time as well, but some business kept me...well busy.” He offered a pretty half smile to which Izuku simply nodded dumbly.

He should’ve objected to this. Strongly. This wasn’t the man he was here to meet. He needed to say something.

“May I just say that you look lovelier than your pictures suggest.” he says, not even hiding the way he stares at Izuku longer than he ought to.

And it’s here where Izuku notices the man’s eyes are two different colors. A sharp blue paired with a stormy grey. And if that isn't gorgeous then Izuku doesn't know what is.

“T-thank you.” he stutters out, blushing just as the waiter makes his way back to the table for them to order.

The mystery man tells Izuku to order whatever looks good to him while he tacks on an order of steak, a salad and a bottle of red wine. Once they finish ordering they ease into a comfortable period of small talk.

Talking about different foods, the hilariously unnecessary extravagance of the decor, recently read books and so on. And Izuku finds himself having a wonderful time. Or at least he would have if he wasn’t still internally screaming about how in god’s name he was supposed to bring up the fact that he was having dinner with the wrong person when he was already in so deep.

Of course don't get him wrong. The man across from him was beautiful and charming and if things were different, he would go home with him tonight, no questions asked.

However things weren’t different, so he begrudgingly brought it up just as their food gets delivered to the table.

“Forgive me if this comes out rude in any way but, you… aren't Katsuki Bakugou are you?” he said in a small voice.  And god never in his life did he feel like shrinking into nothingness then he did now.

But the multi-color haired man seems to take it in stride and chuckles lowly at his question.

“No darling, I’m afraid not.”

“I didn't think so either. I’m sorry, but I believe there’s been a mix up. Originally I was supposed to meet up with a man by that name tonight.” Izuku says, his nerves at rest after finally coming clean.

“Don’t worry about that, sweetheart. I’m completely aware.” That catches his attention.

“..Oh...you are?” Izuku couldn’t help but ask, head cocked as he watched the man finish his first bite of steak.

“Indeed. You see...” he wiped his lip carefully with the ivory cloth napkin that was perched by his plate.

“...Katsuki is my husband.”
