Hello! Welcome to my my Mystery Flesh Pit National Park Guestbook! I'm Tom McCook, Texas native and longtime admirer of the natural wonder that is the Permian Basin Superorganism. I've gone 27 times across 15 wonderful years, hiking, exploring, relaxing, and spelunking. Just went on a great hiking trip in the Bronchial Forest. Was starting to get a little warm for it, but we got there just in time for a good, rigorous trek. Got some great pictures that I'm not sure how to put on you're wall here, but rest assured it was a beauty. Cameras just really don't capture the beauty.
Love to relax in the springs afterwards, too. Just the thing for sore feet and tired muscles.

NATIONAL PARK makes it sound like the Mystery Flesh Pit is just for crazy HIKERS and EXPLORERS -- but let me tell you, there is NOTHING like the AMNIOTIC THERMAL SPINGS. NOTHING BETTER. GREAT TIME. GREAT GIRLS. GREAT FUN. =)

Happy new year, cavers! :-) Took my nana here to watch the fireworks. She couldn't do much hiking, but she loves the springs, and from the top you can see the lights twinkling deep down inside, and the fireworks reflect off the walls of the cave. Underrated! Would go again.

We had a great time at the Park this Independence day weekend! Haven't had much time to ourselves -- kids have been running us ragged wanting to see all the trails. Real outdoorsy types, those two -- Sarah wants to be a geobiologist when she grows up. Mason is in that stage where he's wanting to be everything -- I think last time I asked, he wanted to be an underground ballerina? I'm not sure about him, but Susie says he'll be alright.
Unfortunately, the thing we were all waiting for, the fireworks show was cancelled. Load of garbage. They said we could stay late at the park, though. That's one good thing about the park, they always account for having a good time. Kids were tired, so we left them in the room and headed down for some... Uhh, "relaxation" in the pleasure domes. We deserve a little adult time, too. ;-)

Has anyone seen my parents? Jared David Osman and Susan Osman? Mom has brown hair in a bob and a mole on her chin. She's 5'2". Dad's got gray hair and green eyes and he's 5'10".
Dad, if you're out there, Mason and I are in Arcade, TX but they're saying we might have to evacuate again. I finally got into a public library. You were always reading this site whenever it updated so I'm gonna post here as well as the local missing persons listings.
Mama, Daddy, I love you please come find us. I'm sorry about what I said. i'm so sorry. i want to go home.

I'm the agent you met back at the hotel lobby, remember? I'm sorry I got separated from you -- I had to help park security deal with those creatures that came up from below.. Are you still in Arcade? Has anybody come to get you yet? Are you and the kid still together and safe?
Sorry for asking so many questions, I know you don't really know me. I'm just worried, people are starting to feel the effects from all the pit vomit in the air and I don't want you two alone out there. It might get kind of unstable for a while from here on out as it catches in the air and spreads.

Yes we're still in Arcade. Us and a bunch of other people are at the hotel but everyone's sick. I think there gonna move us again. The air smells bad. Do you know what's happening? Nobody tells me or Mason anything they just tell me to get inside.
i keep seeing my dad at the corner of my vision. or halfway buried in the dirt mom is there sometimes. they're telling me to come home.

i still see you and momwhen i close my eyes. mr. walker says the hallucinations will fade in a few days, but hes been saying that for weeks now. its like when you take a picture and the flash goes off, and you see the bulb burned into your eyeballs backwards.
i'm sorry i guess im not making much sense. i don't know why i keep writing here. i think it's going to be taken down soon
