Nearly five years into his self-imposed mission (
exile) on Tatooine after the rise of the Empire, Obi-Wan Kenobi experiences his first Force Vision in decades. He learns that the boy he trained and raised and loved did not betray him and his people. He learns that the creature he dueled on Mustafar was not his former padawan, but some sort of Sith trickery. He learns that on that fateful day, he killed neither his son nor the monster wearing his face.He learns that the real Anakin is trapped somewhere, alone and afraid, and has given up hope of being rescued.

Anakin and Obi-Wan woke up weeks before the beginning of the Clone Wars with memories of the next seven years. While they still struggle to accept both what they’ve done and what was done to them, they’ve started on the road to healing and atonement.
Now, they begin to plan how to defeat Darth Sidious while reacclimatizing to their lives from before the war. There is still much personal trauma for them to work through as they try to deal with their past and prepare for their future. But, as long as they have each other, nothing is insurmountable.

Summary
Fix-it au where Obi-wan is a bit more well-adjusted than he is in canon, which leads to Anakin also being a slightly more functional human being. Things are going a bit better until Palpatine is kidnapped by General Grievous and brought to Mustafar, where the cyborg forces him to reveal himself as the Sith Master behind the war.
Anakin gets 'vadered,' and everyone has to deal with the fallout of the war.
Were Sidious' machinations the reason the Republic fell, or is it still doomed to crumble under the weight of its own corruption?
Will the Jedi Order face the failings that allowed them to be controlled and nearly destroyed by their ancient enemy or will they bury their heads back in the sand?

He presses his... face against Obi-Wan's chest, his warm skin and soft strands of hair feel so good against his... cheek. Anakin wants to wrap himself around his Master, to coil every part of his strange new body around him and envelop the man inside him, but he resists the urge. He doesn't want to scare Obi-Wan, and he's not sure if he can do that without injuring him anyway. His limbs are still too unfamiliar to risk it.
Anakin lets himself relax into his Master's arms, and closes his eyes, listening to Obi-Wan's soothing voice as it rumbles through his chest. “Sleep, Padawan. Everything will be alright.”
He takes a deep breath of his Master's scent, and allows it to settle his nerves, praying to the Force that when he wakes, he will be back to normal.
Stranded on Dagobah, Obi-Wan struggles to support Anakin as his Padawan becomes something the Republic will never accept.
Caught between duty and devotion, forbidden desire and protective abstinence, Obi-Wan will have to make the choice he'd thought had already been made for him.

If Obi-Wan didn’t know any better, he’d say his ex-apprentice was nervous.
Of course, Darth Vader; Jedi-Killer, Sith Lord, vicious right hand of the new Emperor Kenobi, did not get nervous. Even before they fell, he’d been called the Hero with No Fear for a reason. His particular mix of skill and foolhardiness made him immune to the things that made other people quake.
But still.
Imperial Consort Anakin Skywalker brings Emperor Kenobi to a strange, far flung planet for a special surprise.
