Work Text:
“Sonya, if you can reach out to Ana I think it would be a good idea to involve her in this one.”
Sonya nodded at Yelena’s mission request, the Thunderbolts leader holding a meeting with Bucky, Alexei, Ava, and Sonya, the latter not even on the team officially, but let’s be honest she basically is. The leader tended to lean on her black widow sisters during certain missions because it’s not like she didn’t trust her team, but she knew the widows would get the job done when needed, so they were often roaming around the Avengers compound.
“Bucky, give me a list of all the contact information of those that show up at the warehouse tonight. Ava, accompany him.” Bucky opened his mouth in protest but with one look from Yelena, shut his mouth and nodded.
“That is all I have for today. You can go.”
Ava and Bucky disappeared without waiting any further. Sonya practically skipping out of the door, Yelena already knowing she’s headed to the kitchen, not before punching the blonde on the shoulder on the way out. Glaring at the back of Sonya’s head, Yelena turned and met her father’s pouting face.
“And how about me? I am big and strong! I should be accompanying James Barnes to that warehouse!”
Yelena adjusted the technological device she was holding in her hand and frowned, “You may be big and strong but you are not quiet. You will stay here. Or better yet go see Mama.”
“Bah! Your mother is doing fine without me! The Red Guardian is here to help.” Alexei raised his chest proudly in his Red Guardian suit that he decided to wear to a meeting he actually wasn’t even invited to. (He overheard Bucky talking about it with Sonya). Yelena shot an unimpressed look and opened her mouth to respond but caught movement through the glass wall, a large quinjet was landing.
“Yelena!” Sonya bursted out the door with a bottle of green tea (Yelena’s green tea she might add) in her hand, “They’re here!”
Not bothering to wait any further, Yelena exited the room quickly and headed over to meet the new arrivals. The bottom of the quinjet opened slowly, revealing a blonde whose suit was half off tied around her waist, exposing her white tank top. Right next to her, was a redhead, whose hair was down with a few little tight braids, holding a duffle bag over her shoulder. The redhead in her black suit, turned and met relieved green eyes.
“ Sestra!”
“ Natalia ” Yelena greeted with a small smile accepting Natasha’s embrace. Wrapping her arms around Natasha’s waist, she took a whiff of the redhead’s familiar green apple scent and clutched her older sister even tighter.
Eventually, she did let go to slap her on the arm.
“I missed you too,” Natasha yelped as she rubbed her arm. Rolling her eyes, she didn’t even slap her that hard, she nodded back at Carol who was talking to Bucky who had joined them outside.
“You enjoying your time in space a bit too much, Natalia?”
“Aw, did someone miss me?” Natasha teased as she ruffled Yelena’s short hair, “I like this new look by the way. You look good.”
“I know,” Yelena nodded smugly, “And you look like a mess.”
“Ever so charming, huh Yelena?” Natasha cackled as she swung an arm around Yelena so they could walk back to the compound, “What Kate sees in you, I don’t know.”
“Shut up, suka .” Yelena grumbled but despite her harsh words, she leaned closer into Natasha’s side.
“Well, thank you for the warmest of welcomes but I do need to wash up for tonight anyways.” Natasha sighed in relief at the cool air as they walked in. They passed one of the common rooms where a few Avengers were hanging out, a few Avengers meaning the widow sisters’ favorite hawkeyes.
“Tasha, you’re back.” Clint greeted once he noticed his old partner and embraced the redhead.
“Hey old man. I missed you,” Natasha smiled warmly.
“We wouldn’t have to miss you if you came back, you know?”
“Earth is not the only planet that needs saving, Clint. Have you ever heard of the Planet Aladna? I was happy to join Carol in saving her husband’s planet.” Natasha smirked when she heard a yell come down the hallway.
“It’s strictly for political purposes!” Carol defended herself as she shook her head at Natasha before following Bucky further into the compound.
“Valkyrie would not appreciate it if it was for anything more.
Natasha turned to look at the other Hawkeye in the room, her eyes meeting bright blue ones.
“Hey Natasha!”
“Kate Bishop!” Natasha greeted back watching as Kate got up from the couch and bounced towards the redhead to give her a hug.
“How’s my favorite archer doing?”
“Ouch.”
“She’s my favorite archer.”
Clint joked and Yelena frowned at the same time.
“Amazing! It’s been good!” Nodding her head rapidly, “Oh! I’ve been watering all your plants like you told me to. Everyone’s been thriving so far. Even Prickly, although Lucky almost got into an accident with her.”
“Thanks Katie Kate,” Natasha chuckled before glancing at the Hawkeyes, “Well as much as I love you guys. I’m tired and want to nap before tonight. You guys will be there?”
“Unfortunately.” Yelena grumbled, rolling her eyes.
“Yes, we will all be there. Sam wouldn’t want us to miss it,” Clint confirmed before adding, “Although your sister refuses to join the auction, Kate and I will be participating.”
“Yelena!” Natasha gasped but Yelena just shook her head sternly.
“I refuse to be sold to someone and be forced to go on a date.”
“It’s for charity,” Natasha protested but Yelena stood her ground.
“But you’re okay with Kate doing this?”
Yelena shrugged as a sly smirk appeared on her face,
“There is no rule that we couldn’t bid ourselves, da?”
—
And that’s how Yelena found herself sitting next to Sonya, Kamala, and America. The four of them were seated around a circular table as they listened to the host, Sam, start the auction with the ‘OG Avengers’. Thor had just been auctioned for 500k by a beautiful African American woman who had eagerly dragged him out of the venue. Bruce had been auctioned awhile ago for 250k by a shy-looking woman, the two of them engaged in quiet conversation at the back of the bar while they watched the rest of the auction. Sam himself had been auctioned for 275k by the event’s life of the party, a woman who had taken over the dance floor and always found at the edge of the bar, having the time of her life. Sam was definitely going to enjoy his time with her.
Clint and Natasha were the last ones up there. The Original Hawkeye dressed in a simple black suit with a purple tie that Yelena knew Kate had persuaded the man to wear. Her older sister wore a bold red dress that stopped just above her knees, her lipstick matching the color as she smirked at the crowd.
“And next up we have our very own Hawkeye! The Original Hawkeye but don’t worry folks, we have the other one coming up in a bit,” Sam winked, “Let’s start with 50k! Do I hear 60? 60 over there? 60 for the woman in the back! How about 70?”
“Why aren’t you guys backstage?” Sonya addressed America and Kamala while sipping on her white wine.
“My parents did not like the idea of me joining in,” Kamala grumbled, a slight blush appearing as she poked at the charcuterie board in the middle of the table.
“Same except Strange didn’t want me to join.” America pouted as she crossed her arms.
“Poor kids,” Sonya snickered while Yelena laughed quietly.
“How about you Yelena? Why are you not up there?” America inquired, genuinely curious.
“I am not an Avenger, America.” Yelena reminded but America shook her head.
“Well yeah, I know that. But with you it’s different, you know? Didn’t Sam ask you?”
“Da.” Yelena confirmed as she sipped her own wine while adjusting her purple pocket square and black tie, “I am still participating anyways. See?” Gesturing to her paddle that was ‘Avengers themed’ that was a bit too tacky to be part of a legitimate event like this but whatever.
“Too bad. I would’ve bidded on you, hot stuff.” Sonya teased, holding her own paddle on her lap. The blue on the paddle matches the dark blue dress the ex-widow had on.
Yelena looked down at her outfit, she was in a matching black pair of tailored pants and a buttoned vest. Inside was a pastel green long sleeve tied with her black tie and purple square in her top left pocket.
“And you’re even matching with Kate! You guys are so cute. I love you guys,” Kamala gushed as she spotted the subtle purple on Yelena.
“Did Kate make you wear that?” Sonya knowingly asked.
Yelena nodded in confirmation.
“Da. But I have not seen Kate Bishop’s outfit. She refused to let me see.” Yelena admitted as she twirled the paddle in her hand.
“..-to the woman who we know as Mrs. Barton herself! Come up and claim your date!”
Yelena watched with softening eyes as Laura shimmied up to the stage playfully to claim her husband, catching Kamala and America’s giggles around her.
“Your sister’s up,” Sonya observed as Natasha took the spotlight after Clint had joined his wife at her table.
“Last but not least, we have our very beautiful black widow, Natasha Romanoff! Let’s go straight to 100k anyone?”
Yelena tilted her head back to finish the last of her drink.
“Laura Barton again! Awe man, do we love you Laura! 110 anyone? 110? Yes! To you young man in the front. 120? 120? 120 for the woman in the blue dress!”
“Sonya?!”
Yelena stared at her friend incredulously who had raised her paddle confidently.
“What?” Sonya shrugged unashamed of her raised paddle, “You think I grabbed a paddle for show?”
“That is disgusting,” Yelena murmured as Sonya stuck her tongue out childishly.
“130? To the man behind the Bartons! Anyone for 150?”
“Your sister is a hot commodity,” America commented as Yelena scrunched her nose at that.
“I am going to grab another drink.” Yelena shivered in disgust and abruptly stood up, not waiting for an answer, ignoring Sonya who was mid-response.
“-get me one too?”
Yelena didn’t hesitate to order.
“Bloody mary please,” Yelena leaned against the bar to watch the rest of the auction, her sister still on stage.
“500k. Going once..going twice!” Sam shouted as she pointed to a dark corner that Yelena couldn’t make out who was sitting in the area.
“550k for our one and only Maria Hill! Natasha Romanoff, meet your date!”
Yelena’s eyebrows raised at that but she wasn’t anywhere near the feeling of surprise. Those two have been closer than usual since Natasha had come back from the dead (that’s a whole ‘nother story.)
“Everyone stick around for our last round of Avengers! We’ll be taking a quick intermission. Please feel free to get another drink, grab some more food, hit the dance floor, I’ll see you guys in a bit.” Sam concluded before talking animatedly with Natasha and Maria who were standing closely by each other. The latter was wearing a suit that Yelena couldn’t help but admire, she needed one of those , it reminded her of a suit she had seen Cate Blanchett wear in Ocean’s 8 except it was a rather neutral color, a darker gray.
Accepting her Bloody Mary from the bartender, she spotted a familiar brunette boy sidling up beside her at the bar.
“One vodka coke please!”
Yelena raised an eyebrow at that as she faced the boy, her hip leaning against the bar. Bringing the drink to her lips, she tilted her head,
“Peter Parker.”
“Hey Yelena!” Peter squeaked as he tapped anxiously on the table with his fingers.
“Why are you here? Are you not supposed to be backstage?” Yelena inquired as she observed the spiderman’s brown suit. The only other color being the pink shirt tucked inside his blazer. His hair was slicked back nicely, the boy clearly dressed up nice for the inevitable, but it was also clear he was nervous.
“I am! But I needed a drink, you know?” Peter gratefully accepted the drink before downing half of it in one go.
“You do not get affected by human alcohol, yes?” Yelena frowned when Peter nodded.
“Yeah that is true. But I’m relying on the placebo effect right now.”
“Alright, Peter Parker.” Yelena shrugged.
“Well I’ll see you later Yelena. I can’t wait until you see Kate, you’ll love it.”
Yelena furrowed her eyebrows at that.
What?
Before she could question him, Peter had disappeared leaving his empty glass at the bar. Even the ice cubes were gone.
Yelena chuckled before letting out a sigh and heading back to the table with the overly excited women.
It was time to participate.
—
“Before we end the night, we had to end with our first time participants. We have been doing this for years to raise money for non-profit organizations that are dedicated to helping families after the snap. They are very excited to be part of it this year, this year we wanted to focus on two this year, STF Organization and Hope Families Organization. As a reminder all proceeds will go to them. Now, shall we bring our contestants in?” Sam spoke into the microphone as Yelena crossed her arms and leaned back onto her chair.
The room filled with cheers and claps encouraging Sam to introduce the new set of Avengers about to grace the stage.
“PLEASE WELCOME ELI BRADLEY, CASSIE LANG, PETER PARKER, AND KATE BISHOP!”
The audience clapped even louder with hollering from their fellow teammates and friends, America and Kamala hooting at their friends. Yelena’s eyes glazed passed The Patriot who was wearing a basic black and white suit (“super booooring”), Cassie Lang in a sparkly purple dress (“very cool”), Peter who looked a little less nervous than he was earlier at the bar, and Kate Bishop-
Holy shit.
The avenger, who was closer to the edge of the stage was her Kate Bishop and she was not expecting the sight before her. Similar to her teammate, she was wearing a purple dress except this was less sparkly, was a darker shade, and more..revealing.
On display were Kate’s toned arms which flexed every single time Kate so much as waved to the audience. Her sharp collarbones exposed and Yelena wanted nothing more than to leave a trail of kisses.
And were those hip holes? Revealing the curvature of her girlfriend’s figure and a perfect place for Yelena to place her hands on her girlfriend and take her right now on this tab-
“Holy Hawkeye!”
Kamala squeaked as her gaze landed on her leader. America whistled loudly before fanning herself, pretending to faint, causing the eyes on the stage to land on their table and chuckles around the room.
Yelena met Kate’s piercing eyes and she couldn’t believe that she, the best child assassin in the world, almost missed an obvious difference in her girlfriend.
“It could very much just be me,” Kamala started up, “But did Kate cut her hair?”
“I know a bob when I see one.” Sonya commented before whistling lowly, “Who knew short hair suited the little hawkeye?”
America and Kamala nodded in agreement and that’s when Sonya noticed the silence of her friend. She watched Yelena closely but didn’t utter a word.
“It could just be the lighting but I’m pretty sure she dyed her hair too. Her hair is lighter.”
“She looks so good!” America squealed in excitement.
“Yelena?” Sonya eventually called for the blonde whose eyes remained connected with the archer, an unreadable look was on her friend’s face and Sonya looked between the two of them before a smirk slowly grew on her face.
“Oh it seems our little hawkeye broke Yelena.”
Yelena, who didn’t realize she had started clutching on the paddle a bit too tight, lessened her grip and exhaled after realizing she had been holding her breath. Kate finally sent a bright smile towards Yelena before focusing on Eli who was currently first up in the auction.
The blonde let her eyes wander freely and unabashedly. She bit her lip when the tips of Kate’s freshly cut hair grazed the exposed skin of her collarbones.
Who knew one could be jealous of hair?
So she may have been a little distracted that she missed the auction for the rest of the little avengers because it was suddenly only Kate and Sam on stage, the archer being the last one for the night.
“And we couldn’t end this night on an even better note than with our very own leader of the Young Avengers and the greatest archer in the world, Kate Bishop!” Sam dramatically spoke into the microphone as the crowd clapped for the last bid of the night.
“Let’s get started shall we? Let’s start off small with 20k for our archer. 20 for the young man in the blue suit. Do I hear 30k?” Yelena stayed stoic as ever.
“30k to the beautiful woman in blue,” Sam winked at someone behind her and Yelena whipped her head to shoot Sonya an unimpressed look.
Sonya just responded with an innocent shrug. Yelena didn’t have time to react anymore as another annoying individual decided to join the “Let’s annoy Yelena train”.
“100!” Yelena whipped her head to glare at the familiar voice across the room. She met Natasha’s smirk who was lazily holding Maria’s paddle in her free hand, the other occupied in Maria’s.
“ Suka ” Yelena murmured as she flipped her sister off.
Sam laughed wholeheartedly from the stage, “An unexpected bid from our very own Black Widow! I like it! Alright, 120? 120 anyone?”
“Sonya I swear to God.” Yelena exasperated when she saw the ex-widow raise her paddle up again.
“Kate’s popular amongst the widows, huh?” America snickered to Kamala causing the blonde to turn her glare to them. They shut up real quick before sending a guilty smile.
“150.” Yelena finally held up her paddle, finally tired of prolonging the inevitable.
“Yelena Belova! My my did not expect that AT all!” Sam said in a tone that clearly stated otherwise.
Kamala clapped rapidly beside her in support, America practically swooning in her chair. Kate’s smile just brightened up more as she blew a kiss in Yelena's direction. The blonde pretended to catch it and put it in her vest pocket. Kamala and America both awing at the display in front of them.
“How about 200? Can we get a 200?” Sam pointed at the crowd for any contenders.
“250.” The son of a rich business owner who had helped fund for the Avengers safety warehouses across the nation. He was a handsome young man who expected to take over the family business once his father was gone. Yelena was only aware of his presence because he had approached Kate during another Avenger’s event, and let’s just say he had never approached the archer again while she was around.
Yelena held up her paddle before Sam could say anything, “300.”
“Oh-“ Sam was cut off by the young man.
“400.”
“500.” Yelena stared the man down, challenging him to continue if he dared but stupid enough he didn’t.
“550.”
“600.”
Yelena raised an eyebrow, almost impressed with the stubbornness of this man. Psh, as if he was going to outbid her.
“700”
“This is ridiculous,” Yelena murmured under her breath before calling out loudly, “950 Wilson.”
Yelena ignored the gasps around her and felt a smirk grow on her face when the young man shot a glare back at her. He sat back before nodding once in defeat causing Yelena to turn her attention back to the stage.
“ 950k for Kate Bishop! Going once, going twice” Sam shouted with wide eyes, “SOLD TO YELENA BELOVA! The highest bid of the year! The highest since Captain America’s 1 million bid for him years ago, wow folks!”
“You do know you don’t have to pay to go on a date with your girlfriend“ Sonya gaped at her friend whose eyes had found their way back to Kate’s. The archer’s expression was priceless and was clearly still in the state of shock even when Sam tried to coax Kate to head to Yelena.
“Like hell you think I’m going to let my girlfriend go on a date with that vile man.” Yelena sneered before handing Sonya her paddle and standing up. Brushing the invisible dirt on her vest, she walked towards the stage where Peter had left his date to help Kate walk down the stairs, Sam left alone in the center of the stage concluding the night. The archer looked up to meet her girlfriend and Yelena held her breath at the sight before her.
She had traveled all over the world due to the many missions she was sent to complete for the Red Room, and continued to travel on her own will afterwards to appreciate the various cultures and nature life had to offer. She’s seen many beautiful landscapes, mountains, beaches, and so much more..yet none of them hold a crown to Kate Bishop.
“And you must be my date,” Kate smiled slyly once she was in front of Yelena. Now with the lack of distance between the two, seeing Kate in the dress with her new hair was overwhelming.
“Kate Bishop,” Yelena began before tucking her hands inside the pockets of her tailored pants, “You are quite a beautiful sight.”
“Yelena Belova,” Kate imitated before taking a small step closer, “And you are dashingly handsome.”
And this was not close to being the first time Kate has ever complimented her, but when Kate was looking at her like that in that dress with a new shining haircut , she couldn’t stop her cheeks from burning.
Sam seemed to have concluded his speech, thanking everyone for coming and announcing a record of eight million that will be donated to the two organizations. The music started back up again, the melodic tune filling the air as people started to get up and head to the dance floor for a slow waltz.
Yelena cleared her throat before straightening her tie and holding her hand up, “Well Kate Bishop, I didn’t spend 950 just for us to stand here. Would you care to dance with me?”
“I would love nothing more.”
Kate accepted her hand as Yelena led the two of them to the dance floor, the crowd of pairs seemingly parting for them as they took their place in the middle of the dance floor. Yelena placed her hands on Kate’s exposed hip and the other in Kate’s. Yelena led Kate into the rhythm as she studied her girlfriend’s hair up close.
“So you cut your hair, Kate Bishop.” Yelena commented before adding, “You are such a poser.”
Kate choked back a surprised laugh before letting go of Yelena’s hand and touching a strand of her own hair, “Yelena! Do you not like it?”
Yelena studied the hint of insecurity in Kate’s eyes and shook her head, “It suits you.”
“Yeah?” Kate said in a hopeful tone which caused the insides of Yelena to melt.
“Da, moya lyubov. You look very beautiful. I like the brown also. It brightens the blue in your eyes even more.” Yelena heard Kate take a sharp breath before the archer lets go of Yelena. The blonde’s eyes widened in confusion but she didn’t have time to react as Kate wraps her arms around Yelena’s neck and pulls her closer. Yelena’s arms instinctively went down to grab her girlfriend’s exposed hips.
“I quite like this as well.” Yelena squeezed her hips gesturing to the dress. Kate reddened in response, “Yeah? I thought it was too much at first but Cassie insisted. I was really dead set on just getting a new suit tailored for it but then she brought up me wearing a dress. I’m usually not a dress gal but this one in particular was gorgeous and I couldn’t say n-”
“I am glad Cassie was stubborn about it. I have to thank her then.” Yelena stopped her girlfriend’s ramble and tucked herself closer into Kate’s body, “Was it her idea for your new haircut too?”
“Not really. We were just out for a long time..it was so hot and I just thought, you know what would make me feel better? A haircut. Then we called Peter and he was actually the one to do it. Did you know he was so good at it?” Kate explained brightly as Yelena chuckled.
“And the change of hair color?”
“Oh yeah. Peter’s idea.”
“Is that what Spiderboy was talking about earlier?” Yelena spoke mostly to herself amusedly as Kate pulled back confusedly.
“Huh?”
“Nothing important, detka .” Yelena reassured before pulling the girl closer.
“So jealous of Lewis Newton, are we?” Kate brought up after comfortable silence slow-dancing to the music.
“Who?”
“The boy you refused to leave tonight on a date with me?” Kate started playing with the strands of Yelena’s own short hair.
“He is stupid if he thinks I would allow that to happen.” Yelena forced the relaxed sigh to the back of the throat at the feeling of her girlfriend’s hands now scratching the back of her neck. Kate hummed in response as the two continued to slow-dance.
“You are very beautiful, Kate Bishop.” Yelena practically sighed out like a love-sick fool that would result in a tease fest from Natasha. Kate responded with a kiss on Yelena’s cheek before bringing her mouth close to Yelena’s ear,
“You know I think it’s time I start thanking you, yes? Did you want to head up?” Kate whispered lowly referring to her room she had booked.
The only response Kate received was a pull on her arm towards the exit.
—
After a heated makeout session in the elevator and a few sly ass grabs from Yelena, Kate had stopped things from getting further when she announced that she wanted to shower first.
Yelena was currently laying on the bed like a starfish, her vest long gone and her green button up shirt half opened, her hair sticking up in random places as she lazily surfed through the channels. The blonde had just finished one episode of ‘Chopped’ and yet Kate was still not done. She had heard the showerhead turn off 10 minutes ago and could make out Kate humming to a tune she’s heard on the car radio a million times.
A new episode of ‘Chopped’ later and another contestant eliminated, the hotel bathroom door finally swung open revealing Kate in a pair of gray sweatpants and a white tank top. She was drying her hair with a towel before throwing it behind her and jumping on the bed just barely missing Yelena who lazily lolled her head to the side to look at Kate.
The archer’s hair served a messy look from the drying, a few drops landing on the sweatpants. Yelena met Kate’s fresh makeup-free face and couldn’t help but smile. She had wiped her own face off of makeup earlier, but had not bothered changing.
“This..this is a look, Kate Bishop.” Yelena softly stated as she put her hand out to touch the wet strands of Kate’s hair.
“I was kind of scared you wouldn’t like it.” Kate admitted as she allowed Yelena to play with the strands.
“I love it, Kate Bishop. Why would I not?” Yelena responded before sitting up and pulling one of Kate’s hands into her lap. The archer shrugged in response.
“I dunno. You’ve always said you liked my long hair.” Kate subconsciously started to lean in closer to Yelena’s personal space. The blonde pulled on her so that she could settle on her lap, the latter yelping as she settled comfortably on her girlfriend’s lap.
“That is true. But I can also like Kate Bishop with short hair.” Yelena touched the strand of hair in front of Kate’s face, “I actually quite like Kate Bishop in any way.”
“Like when she’s on your lap?” Kate grinned her demeanor switching in a blink of an eye as she confidently placed her arms on Yelena’s shoulders. Yelena started to run her hands up and down Kate’s tone arms.
“Especially when she’s on my lap,” Yelena answered lowly before settling her hands behind Kate’s back which was slightly wet from her hair and pulled the archer up against her body.
The two met in a slow kiss that slowly turned into a passionate one. The two getting lost in each other as Kate cupped the back of Yelena’s neck, the blonde tilting her head up more to suck on Kate’s bottom lip.
The archer pulled away, panting slightly, before ducking down to leave a trail of kisses down Yelena’s neck. The blonde moaned allowing her hands to grab onto Kate’s short brown strands and pulled.
Kate made a noise that caused Yelena’s eyes to open in realization before letting go of her hair.
“Why’d you let go?” Kate breathed out, grabbing onto Yelena’s wrists to lead her hands back to the top of her head. Yelena just gaped at her girlfriend who quickly went back to work, sucking on the sensitive spot on her neck, the blonde grabbing onto short strands again and pulling.
The archer moaned into her neck, the vibration causing a pleasurable shiver to run down Yelena’s spine. She just barely kept in the whine threatening to escape her when Kate pulled away, the archer now looking at her with hooded eyes.
“Do you remember what you said to me the night I found out you cut your hair?” Kate asked breathlessly.
Yelena pondered for a moment, her hands flat on Kate’s back subconsciously pressing her body closer to hers. A glint of recognition flashed in her eyes as Kate only grinned in response. Scratching at the back of Yelena’s scalp, Kate leaned closer into Yelena’s ear to whisper,
“How about you show me how much you love it, Yelena Belova?”
