Dabi stumbles past him, bumping into the wall and turning to him with a strange expression on his face. The door shudders in its frame as it closes behind him. Hawks takes a deep breath- the first one he’s had all day, it feels like- because Dabi is in front of him, unhurt, and there is a clear barrier between the two of them and the others.
Or: Hawks gets hit by a bullet that enhances the neatly buried parts of his animalistic quirk. Dabi is the recipient of his, uh, desire.

He turns to Peter abruptly when he mutters something smart under his breath, his arms crossed and brows raised as Miguel instinctively bares his fangs—
And then Parker’s finger hooks over his teeth, his mouth twitching into an exasperated smile. Miguel freezes, eyes wide as Peter doesn’t pull away, shaking Miguel’s head with the finger caught behind his teeth, sighing as if in disappointment. Like he’s holding the teeth of a large predator and is completely unfazed by it.

Arias Arguitrez was a bastard. He was a moron for dragging Osora into the guard baths, he sucked for riling Osora up, and he was a jerk for making Osora ask for more than kisses, even after he was the one that riled Osora up! Arias was, without a shadow of doubt, the absolute worst.
