Summary
Considering Hannibal’s clear distinction between himself and the long pig that frequents the world, the idea that someone on his level, someone with a darkness that rivals his own, is out there is something so intoxicating that Hannibal can’t help but want to consider. He would almost find it silly if it weren’t something so achingly primal, wired in the brain like the will to survive. Because being known, be it platonically or romantically, was something that everyone wanted, and for Hannibal Lecter it could be something that’s considered a weakness. Not because the act of loving is a weak one, but because if the one person out there, Hannibal’s ultimate match, had just as much darkness as him, then the possibility of his death was just as likely as the possibility of falling in love.
So, perhaps then, you can imagine Hannibal’s caution when he receives an unexpected courting gift at eight am on a Monday.

When Will decides to stop taking his suppressants neither he nor Hannibal can deny the attraction between them. After nearly a decade of running from his biology, Will is faced with his primitive Omega urges full force. As if navigating his hormones wasn't enough, there is a killer at large with a very specific motive that seems to only be targeting preteen boys.
This is a very odd mix of fluffy/ABO Hannigram nonsense and Dark Will/super messed up case drama.

When Will Graham woke up this morning, something in the back of his tangled web of thoughts spoke with alarming clarity; The backdrop is set. Something extraordinary is coming.
The first time he built a tableau, out of poor Freddie Lounds no less, he prayed that the Ripper would see him. He must have. The idea thrills him, gives Will a sense of wanting he hasn’t felt since the first time he saw a Ripper scene.
Suddenly the universe’s message is well–received. He knows this face. He knows those eyes.
