Derek’s face practically touches the screen, heart thudding wildly, fingers twitching, knowing he’s making a mistake. He glances at Stiles, still asleep, barely breathing through parted lips, unaware. Curiosity claws at him, louder than reason.
His hands move before his thoughts catch up. He taps the up arrow once, then again, harder, faster, practically jamming the key in a frantic flurry. Maybe if he goes fast enough, the guilt won't catch him first. His eyes scan the flickering blur of words that scroll upward in jumps and stutters, until the screen settles.

Summary
Stiles currently was, and had been, Derek's poetic muse for years. Not that Stiles was really all that aware of that fact.
But when Stiles does find out about it their senior year of high school, he's pretty okay with it.
Alright, so he is definitely a lot more than okay with it.
A story in which Derek writes copious amounts of poetry, Stiles is very appreciative of said poetry as well as Derek's smile, and all of their friends are oddly and extremely invested in seeing these two get their act together.
