I think the title really explains it all? But anyway:
Jason knew that attending a rich ass school was going to be the toughest and most mind-grating thing ever. His beliefs were confirmed when he got cornered by bullies on his first day. The only thing he was surprised about was that it took them so long to find the school's new street rat. Just as he's about to be punched, a fucking 10 year old (he's actually 12) steps in and... starts threatening the bullies? And they actually listen?? What the fuck???
And that isn't the only surprise that's waiting for him.

Summary
Jason and Tim met when they were freshmen in high school, but Jason died at the hands of the Joker.
Now, he has been resurrected a new man. But all he is fixated on is that Bruce brought a new Robin. This time, it's Tim. He is more angry than anything. Not at the fact that Bruce replaced him with a new Robin, but the fact that Bruce made Tim Robin. Whatever memories he could salvage from his past is filled with images of Tim's cruelty and manipulation (he wonders what the weird electricity thing in his memories is).
Which is why he is at Titans Tower, stalking through the hallways in order to teach everyone, including Bruce and Tim, a lesson. If they couldn't learn it from the previous dead Robin, they can learn it from the same Robin who came back. Now if only that itching in his head could stop so he can hear the sound of screams in peace.

Summary
As soon as he woke up after coming back from Titans Tower, the second Dick and Bruce stepped into the room, Tim had eagerly told them that Jason was alive and that he was Red Hood! They didn’t believe him, blaming it on lack of sleep and the haze being shot brought, but Tim was sure he saw Jason. Older, bigger, with a white streak in his fringe, but still Jason.
OR
Tim goes out to find Jason to bring his big brother back home. Jason... Jason has other matters to ponder on before deciding to come back.

*cackles* I think the title pretty much explains it, but anyway:
Jason and Tim meet in high school. They go through a buncha stuff that gets them to think of each other as brothers. But… Tim is abused by his parents and he got Jason to keep the secret from the others about it. The secret was quite literally taken to the grave. However, now that Jason's out of the grave, the secret won't have to stick.
