He spins around. In the few seconds he was turned around, Bryan has gone from asleep to awake and sitting up, staring at Nigel with an indecipherable look on his face.
Was he ever asleep at all?
“Ah. Bryan. Hello.” He says, trying to look calm and like he wasn't trying to slip out.

The confusion is slowly turning to fear. Something is really wrong. This is malicious, someone wants to hurt him.

He shifts around, going to grab the pillow and pull it closer, and that's when he realizes his hands are cuffed behind his back.
Panic floods his brain. He sits up fast, flailing as he gets tangled in the blankets. The harsh light of a hotel lamp floods his eyes as they shoot open, temporarily blinding him.
He blinks a few times and the room becomes clearer.
When his brain takes in who’s in the room with him, fear clouds his system.
It’s The Judgment Day.
Damian leans on the wall beside the closet, cutting off his escape route. Finn sits cross legged on the other bed. Rhea is laying on her stomach on the end of his bed. They are all watching him.

Lyra feels like she’s floating, pointless and adrift.
She’s been this way for a while, since she lost her title, she thinks. Or maybe since Becky turned on her. Maybe she’s always been like this, and things like Becky and the title only gave her purpose for a fleeting moment.
So maybe she’s taken to quietly following Becky without her knowledge. It’s not hurting anyone. She just wants to be around the woman a little more. That’s not a crime. It’s not like she’s affecting anything in the ring.

Then he manages to focus on the shoes and his heart sinks.
