Summary
Five is a librarian at Abel Primary School. It looks like it's going to be another ho-hum boring day when .... what's this? There's a new Year One teacher! His name is Sam Yao and he gets Five all kinds of flustered.
Characters MOSTLY from S1, but there are a few guest appearances from later season characters. Minor spoilers for late S4/S5 villain.
Look, this is dumb. Lol. And self indulgent as it is based on MANY events in my own life. Except, I work for an American elementary school and have very little knowledge of school systems in England, save for what I learned in Matilda. For those purposes, Abel Primary is a private school that plays by its own rules.
This is an alternate universe and an opportunity to test how well I know these characters. Can I translate their voices to a whole new setting? We're gonna find out.
I have 3 or 4 more chapters planned but not written. This is truly just a lighthearted summer project to keep me writing.

Summary
Runner Five settles into her new role at Abel after Voice in the Dark. Cue all the found family, one shots, and fluff you'd expect from ZR S1.
This is my live run-through of ZR from my Cap's perspective (and that of her two roommates). Reactions are mostly true to my own as I experienced the missions for the first time myself.

Summary
It's Christmas Eve, and it's time for the North Pole's Flyer Units to take to the sky, helping to ensure that every child on the Big Guy's Nice List gets the gifts they deserve. These field agent elves train for this every year, and no flyer is as excited and ready to go as Abel Unit's Flyer Five.
All they have to due this Eve is get in, get out, and avoid getting caught up in another "Incident" (or else Flyer Eight will have their head).
They're determined to make sure things go smoothly, but when they get switched to fly the Errant Route (kids to nice to be naughty but just a bit too naughty to be purely nice) last minute and they're given new Ministry-approved flight gear to beta test, they knew it was only a matter of time 'til things went wrong.
They can only hope that Eight doesn't hold it against them. Clearly the universe was conspiring.

Summary
The bomb is strapped to some kind of weird machine deep in a Comansys lab. No one knows what the machine does, but it's made of the sort of materials that could poison half the UK if they were to be blown apart by a bomb and released into the atmosphere. Hence Five's foray into a new and exciting career of explosive ordnance disposal.
A career that she is in no way suited for, as it turns out.
The bomb explodes, Five's vision fades, and returns, in another time.

**ABANDONED**
A self-contained story arc covering the time after S1-17 but before S1-19.
An untouched electronics cache, a missing Runner, a pair of strange new survivors... Five's got their work cut out untangling this lot.
Not to mention Twelve has her demons to wrestle, Three's got a mission of his own involving PVC pipes and a lot of glue, Eight is weirdly determined to track down a pack of banana Nesquik, Ten got hold of a box of clicker-counters and is pressing them on everybody, and Jack and Eugene have a new idea for a radio segment.
Zoms aside, life goes on, as does the rain. Five's hoping for some sunshine soon.
What is bothering Five, they realise, as they pass through the opening in the fence, was that all the questions Jack and Eugene have thought up are designed to make Five talk about themselves. When all Five wants to do is to talk about how amazing everyone else is: how brave, courageous, thoughtful, strong, inspiring…
Actually scratch that. Five just wants to talk.

It's pretty much a rewrite of a few episodes under the premise of both Five and Sam being genetically altered dogs, a lot of exposition is in the notes. -

Minor spoilers for S1-M18 / M20. I fudged the timing slightly to let them carry on talking, they were on a roll.
A bottle of whiskey has made its way to the rec room: a rather drunk Runner Ten waxes philosophical with Runner Four, while Five, Six, Twelve and Three play Twister, but party games are no match for ethics, and soon Runner Six has bigger fish to fry.

Runner Six glances up at Five again. “But what if… what if we have to do a bad thing, an… unvirtuous, is that a word? Trick someone or lie to someone… in order to do good, or… so that we don’t die?”
