When he made a full turn, he arrived back at the door and finally spotted Blaise Zabini sitting beside it. It took a huge amount of self-control not to hex him immediately.
He straightened his wand at the Slytherin boy, narrowing his eyes. “What are you doing here?”
Instead of answering him, Zabini put a joint to his lips and took a long inhale. When he exhaled, he blew out three perfect smoke rings. Only then did he speak. “If you’re going to curse me, may I request a diffindo instead of a confringo? It leaves a better scar.”
Harry recoiled from the clear and utter disinterest in Zabini’s voice. He was very much close to actually cursing Zabini, but decided against it. “So what are you doing here?”
“Smoking.” He spoke coolly, as if Harry wasn’t just an idiot, but also beneath him.
