Summary
"Execution" is a rewrite of the unanimously maligned novel, "Mass Effect: Deception." It is a short, simple, and to the point follow-up of the book "Retribution," and an epilogue of the events of what was called "The Grayson Affair." This took some time to complete as I had little confident in writing something that was pure science-fiction, but I had fun putting together the story I wanted to see, even if in a heavily condensed form. Good news everyone!
I have concocted a story which you all can take part in helping shape. In essence, this is a choose your own adventure style Shakarian fic, with a twist. Here's how it'll go: I will set up the first act so that everyone has a grounding of the base story at play. At the end of each act, you all will be given a choice. These are not in-game choices, but my own. Every choice will determine character arcs, the ending, as well as the epilogue/post war landscape. Why, you may ask, would I do this? Because I'm crazy, that's why.
I left the tags fairly generic because there's a whole host of different directions that this could end up going down, from sweet and fluffy, to angsty as all get out. Y'all will be the ones to determine where this goes. That being said, this is wholly dependent upon engagement. You are welcome to sit back and see where this journey takes us. Three Years ago, Saren attacked the Citadel with his Geth fleet controlled by Sovereign. Both were stopped by Shepard and Voltron. A later Shepard was killed when the Normandy was shot down. His Ambition was thwarted by the Paladins of Voltron and the remaining crew of the Normandy. Two years ago, Lotor attacked the Citadel to make a weapon of it to destroy the Reapers. One Year Ago, the Collectors under the thrall of a Reaper began the harvest of humans and were destroyed by Voltron and Shepard. In all these events there were three constants, the Reapers, Voltron, and Shepard.
But now the war has come to them, The Reapers begin their harvest and for the first time ever Voltron has been pushed to his limits. A call to arms has been sent it is time for the Galaxy to reclaim what was lost and end this harvest or die trying. Voltron will Reclaim the Universe!
