Summary
His head rang as Kafka held him in her arms, the stars outside being their only witness. She gave him a small, melancholic smile as she looked out into the sea of stars. She rubbed his back gently, held him closer, and felt Caelus do the same.
Despite the budding differences between the two factions they were part of, Kafka still held the love for him in her arms, obscured from the sight of anyone that peered inwards.
Kafka goes to the Astral Express unannounced and uninvited to simply give her son, Caelus, a hug.

Kafka and Stella stood a few feet away from each other.
Kafka panting heavily, struggling to keep her grip on both weapons in her hands.
She was slouched over.
Meanwhile, Stella was breathing harshly.
She had changed Stelle's body beyond recognition.
Her whole body was covered in fragmentum crystals.
But it was still her daughter.
...Or rather, both of her daughters.
If Kafka couldn't outright win, she would at least tire the both of them out.
And she succeeded in doing just that when the two of them both fell on the ground in their own sitting positions.
