He watches his boy squirm nervously in seat as he smokes, enjoying the quiet after the day he’s had.
He then remembers that the boy had had an equally hard day and felt mercy soften his mood.
“You did well today, Alex. You held your own.” He watched, as the praise reached the boy’s brain and subsequently melted it. It was always fascinating to watch him receive praise.
It was a joy.
“Th-thank you, sir.” He muttered quietly. Lowering his head.
Silco laughed darkly. He really was so cute.
This time though, he noticed a new reaction. The boy’s thighs shifted, before he crossed his legs entirely. He picked at his skin awkwardly and tried to pretend his breathing wasn’t shaky.
“Boy…” he rasped, revelling in the way the boy shivered bodily.
“Yes, sir?” he mumbled, quietly. Avoiding his gaze.
“Look at me.” He purred, in a way that he knew would send any man to his knees. The boy obeyed. Eyes glazed over in what was obvious lust.
Oh, this was just too perfect.

Summary
Growing up on the streets of Zaun, Artemis doesn't have much to do except fight, fuck and try and make enough money for drinks at the end of the week. His twin sister Aster, dreams of rising up the ranks and joining Piltover society for a better life. Art dreams of rising up against Piltover and fighting for a better life for everyone.
When he ends up working for the biggest chem dealer in the city, it feels like it might be the start to something more important.

Rumours have the power to change ones reputation very quickly. In the Undercity and Piltover alike, gossip and lies fill every bar, tavern and restraunt in town. Bartending at the last drop he hears only the finest of gossip from Silco's hired muscle. A robbery here, a chembaron there, but tonight was different.
"They say the guy actually survived the explosion, that he's hiding out on the outskirts, not that anyone's gonna go lookin' guy is a nutcase from what I hear," A voice whispers to another customer, before breathing in a 'healthy dose' of shimmer.
"Tell me about it! No one here's seen hide nor hair of the guy since Vander died, guy works for us last I checked but who the hell knows?" A second voice chimes in, much more confident, handing them their drinks, you turn to see a mildly unamused Sevika.
"The boss wants to see you in his office after close. Try not to get a black eye before then Philosopher," She sighs before returning to a rather quiet game of poker.
Never did you think you'd meet the subject of rumours in your bar.

Silco survives a life of indentured servitude, becoming a radicalized Zaunite separatist, fighting for a severance from Piltover and the end of its oppression over the people of the Undercity. He starts a life in the thriving Lanes, where deals with Enforcement ensure safety for the cooperative and punishment for incompliance. Personal and political events intersect, bringing three men together and pulling them apart. Silco is torn between two loves and two different visions of Zaun’s future, complacency and revolution, pragmatism and extremism, progress and tradition, security and freedom.
