(I was rewatching the episode and the idea popped into my head that this kind of seemed like something that could've happened if he was still a bit loopy after everything. Also seemed like something Cassandra would do after she already did it once in the show?
I'm not tagging it SA because I don't know if it would be classified as that but it has the elements of it at least I believe!!!)
