When Sapnap came up, the first time, it was slow. Groggy. His head was still fuzzy and there was a mantra of slurred thoughts that still graced his tongue. He made a confused noise in the vague direction of where he thought Karl was. Something was repeated back to him, but his head was still waking up. That, and he was still nonverbal.
Hands came to his face, guiding his attention up and he felt like slipping back under. That was, until something pinged wrong in his spine. The first noise of understanding out of his mouth was a groan. There was a huff of breath that tickled his face, a touch of fondness to the sound.
"Yeah, you're done," Karl whispered, breathless and so incredibly fond.

The character 'Mia' is simply a random name given in place of a y/n character so I simply wouldn't have to keep writing y/n, and to avoid it sounding awkward if anyone were saying her name in the story. The name is purely random and has no relation to anyone in the mcyt community (that I know of).
