“What do I think about Shuuji…sensei’s works?” Chuuya makes a face as he’s asked this question completely irrelevant to the newly-released book he’s promoting. He tacks on the ‘-sensei’ honorific with the willingness of one swallowing a can of worms. Carefully editing out any curse words from his speech, he replies, “Someone who keeps on writing characters that do nothing but brood about their supposedly woeful life… He probably is a person who has not grown up to see much of the world.”
An hour later, Shuuji-sensei releases one of his usual anonymous ‘interviews’. “The chibi who likes to write about nothing but fluffy grade-school romances has definitely not grown up, I couldn’t even see him during his press conference.”

Summary
"You're too short for your own good, you know. Someone's going to pick you up off the street one of these days and then who will I have to make fun of?"
"Je vais t'étriper comme le maquereau visqueux que tu es," Chuuya hissed, grip tightening on his collar as he yanked them closer. Like this, Dazai could smell the jasmine of his shampoo and see the anger swimming in his eyes. [“I'm gonna gut you like the slimy mackerel you are.”]
"Oh, Chuuya," he sighed, grinning like a fool. "I love it when you talk dirty to me."
Or, Dazai is convinced (forced) to join his friends for a year in Paris, and he doesn't know a word of French. Chuuya is just hoping to get through school without any strange encounters, and he doesn't know a word of Japanese. They collide (literally) and the situation devolves from there. They figure it out.

“Excuse me,” Dazai plants a hand on the short redhead boy’s muscled, bare shoulder. “Any chance you’re Chuuya Nakahara?”
But, instead of an answer, the redhead wobbles and proceeds to collapse.
“Woah there.” Dazai catches the boy in his arms, one under his shoulders and the other scooping up his knees, before the boy can face-plant into the dirt.
A frown mars Dazai’s lips as he examines the boy: Same copper-colored hair, height, and shockingly dark eyebags as all the descriptions of Nakahara that the Port Mafia has obtained. But Dazai was told that Nakahara did not sleep, and, for whatever reason, the boy curling into his arms is clearly out cold.
Well, this is quite the predicament.
Or the 5+1 in which Dazai gets a crush on Chuuya, who can’t sleep unless in contact with No Longer Human, which leads to Chuuya never joining the mafia.
