Summary
Sasuke pets his sweat damp back, whispering praises as Naruto humps against him; hopeless and gone, too needy to string words together anymore. Half syllables and long vowels eek out between groans and panting breaths. Drool begins to dribble from Naruto’s mouth, sliding into the hollow of Sasuke’s collarbone; a depraved little pool, filling and shaking with miniscule waves at their combined desperation.
Sharp nails dig into his back and the swell of his ass, surely bringing blood to the surface and releasing it into the stifling air. When Naruto finally comes up for air his eyes are crystalline red, jet black pupils, far away from thought.

Summary
Remembering the night… no, the day it happened, seems important. Sasuke can’t, though; not in a linear way. Time feels erased. Blotted and muddy. Moonlight, the moon was so big, he can remember that. His mother gave him money to go to the okonomiyaki stand after school. Tucked into his bento with a note, a little rushed heart drawn in black ink. Smeared on the right. Squishing blood between his toes, in his sandals.

Summary
As Sasuke opens his pants, the weight of the buttons lolling one half aside, Naruto sinks to his knees. His own pants are flopped open. He abandons taking them off in favor of working Sasuke’s down his hips. Not all the way, lest someone come in and catch them. It’s unlikely though. Everyone in ANBU knows what goes on in here, what the stragglers are doing when they linger. It’s no secret.

Summary
They don’t stay at the same inn twice.
It isn’t a rule, not a real one anyway, but Itachi refuses. They are too recognizable. It’s one of his only ways to stay relatively hidden, relatively under the radar, Kisame thinks. Of all of their members Itachi is the most notorious, most well known in other lands.
He has the most bodies attributed to his name.
The other part of it, that Itachi is either too proud, or too embarrassed to acknowledge, is the state that they leave their rooms in. The state Kisame leaves them in.
Ripped sheets. Broken headboards. Bloodied futons. And the moaning. The wailing.

Summary
Jiraiya wasn’t sure when they truly lost him; when the moment came that Orochimaru was too far gone. The slide felt gradual. Each movement down brushed aside with the thought of; He can still be saved; be salvaged. There’s a gentleness in him somewhere.

Summary
It starts with shared lecture notes.
Then it’s music notes.
Then it’s Kakashi lying on his bed, not touching Yamato, listening to a song that sounds like falling in love in slow motion.
Love, apparently, is also in 7/8 time.Bookmarked by 8Gaites

Summary
A back-alley love story, one passive-aggressive cigarette at a time.
Yamato’s new job comes with late nights, smoke, and a grill master who thinks he’s too good to look at him. That last part doesn’t last long, but then again, all's fair in love and yakitori.

Summary
Tenzou had never showed anyone that side. Even though it was impossible to hide, like the water and earth that lived inside Tenzou, this was an undeniable force of equal and opposite energy. The Tenzou that could be in the world, fighting alongside his comrades, taking orders and doing the things that need to be done to survive, was not the same Tenzou that sat alone among the trees with toes in the grass and hair like wild flowers, dreaming of a peaceful world, with people that loved them.

Summary
He learns much from the kid this way. The first letter is written frantically, as if in disbelief.
You have no idea how much this means to me, he has written. Robby notices the warp of the paper and the bleed of the ink. Thank you for giving me a fighting chance. I will not waste this.
In which Robby starts sponsoring a medical student from Broken Bow, Nebraska.
