There was something so beautifully haunting about the way he looked.
As though he was content to just lay there and escape the real world and Harry couldn't help but wonder what kind of dream could be so compelling that Malfoy wouldn’t want to wake up from it, at all.
When Draco falls into an endless, cursed sleep, Narcissa invokes the life debt Harry owes her to save him. Knowing he couldn't ignore the magic binding him to the woman who once saved his life, he volunteers to go inside Draco's dreams to wake him up but breaking the curse is harder than he thought:
The curse feeds off of Draco and Harry's deepest desires, even ones neither thought they had, twisting reality into a seductive illusion that threatens to consume them both.
