Summary
Midna is a slave in her own home and has been for years. She is tasked with all the chores while her stepmother and stepsisters amuse themselves however they please and treat her like a slave. She keeps her sanity by sneaking out to the forest, without the knowledge of her step family, and there she feels like she's in heaven. All of a sudden, everything changes when she meets a wounded wolf in the woods, for he is no ordinary wolf. He sees past the grime of her tattered clothes to the golden heart within.
