Summary
After five excruciatingly long days into her road trip with Vi, Powder thinks she might actually be losing her mind.
Her problem isn’t her sister’s music or her choice in restaurants; in fact, overall, the trip itself has actually been fairly enjoyable, with Vi having made sure to plot out little stops along the way that she knew Powder would enjoy. It is, admittedly, a sweet gesture, but Powder is well aware that her sister is doubtlessly just trying to make up for the fact that she is, yet again, dragging her back to their once-hometown to be squeezed into a family that Powder barely remembers, much less likes, in some sad attempt to maintain familial ties that have never quite felt like they ever fully reached her.

Oh, this was fucking perfect. Vi had been pissed since they had spotted the shiny, silver and blue bus that had “University of Piltover” painted on the side in neat font stopped on the side of the road with steam rolling out of the engine.
Vander and Ekko had gotten off to see if Ekko could help.
Ekko had gotten back on the bus after not very long, hollering over the music, which had gotten cranked since they were just sitting there, “yeah, they’re stuck. Radiator’s shot, it’ll need replacement parts and we’re nowhere near auto stores.”
There were a few groans of sympathy, despite the fact that the whole team knew the bus was full of a bunch of stuck up Pilties.
Vander wasn’t back on the bus yet, which meant…Vi didn’t know what.
“Hey, Mylo! Can you see him? What’s happening?”
“I don’t know. Oh, hold up. He just pointed at the bus! The fuck does that mean?”
Vi had a sneaking suspicion that whatever it meant, it was likely to make her day worse.

Caitlyn is the rifle team captain for the University of Piltover, Vi's the boxing team captain for Zaun U, and they hate each other...but they're stuck together until they get back home

Summary
Only in Night City can Vi have gone from an orphan on the street, using nothing but her fists to keep her and her sister alive, to having a family who loves her, making good money as a merc, and spending her free time enjoying the end of her twenties - drinking, taking girls home, and living the best life has to offer for someone like her in a city like this.
But the City of Dreams has its own slew of problems - political corruption and gang violence to name just a few. Vi's newest gig touches all of it and has her crossing paths with a mysterious netrunner, Caitlyn, who turns out to be much more than Vi could have ever prepared for.
Aka: CaitVi in the universe of Cyberpunk - inspired specifically by Cyberpunk 2077, but you don't need knowledge of the game to enjoy!

Summary
It was quiet as Caitlyn and Vi both processed the information, and then very slowly Vi pointed her finger to Caitlyn, and then to herself, one eyebrow raised up to the buzzed half of her hairline. “Us. Get married.”
A new law in Piltover prevents Zaun convicts from working topside without citizenship. Luckily for Vi, all she and Caitlyn have to do is take the next step of their relationship and get married, securing Vi a place in Piltover.
Only problem is, they aren’t in a relationship.
