Calypso and the Illusion of Belonging by jiemae
DC x Marvel crossover, wherein Damian gets sent to the 1st Avengers movie, turning into a mutant and getting adopted by Natasha, ft. Disaster uncles. Completed, 1st of a series.
Phenomenal fic. The characters feel so realistic, from their perspective to their dialogue and motivations. Found family feels, within a believable setting. This was a delightful read, looking forward to more.

DMC, one-shot. In which Dante does the ol' ritual of having toddler Nero choose 3 things that could represent his future, and Nero chooses his dad. I had to take a moment after reading this, it's so heartwarming and full of love I had to pause.
“Scelgo… Da’!” he declared.
Mi corazon.... Nero mi nene.... buenísimo

DMC, completed. THE SOFTEST SPARDA FAMILY EVER. The Hurt/Comfort and the fluff in every chapter was so ♡♡♡ Building on their hybrid status and demonic instincts, the way they're FAMILY.
Chapter 2 got me giggling with that line "Now, how does he tell his father he might not have legs?"
Amazing work, absolute comfort read.

Summary
The Qliphoth, a demonic tree capable of crystallizing human blood into demonic power. When Vergil learns he can ingest its seed to transform himself into a full demon, he does not hesitate. After all, the only cost is his ability to form human bonds, and he has no use for such weaknesses. That is… until he learns he has a son, a ten year old boy in desperate need of a parent to love him. The blue roses crawling out of his mouth just might mean something has gone horribly wrong with his ritual…

DMC, completed. In which Vergil consumed the Qliphoth seed but was unable to rid himself of his humanity due to finding and loving Nero, leading him to slowly die via Hanahaki-esque body horror. Had me fully sobbing reading it. Happy ending, full of hope and family feels. Absolutely phenomenal work.
