Midoriya Izuku thought he had had a pretty good life. His mother was the kindest woman on earth. She always did her best and in turn, it inspired him to do his best every day. She would make him his favorite dinner on days where it was rough for both of them, because Izuku’s smile at seeing the meal was the same one she wore just watching him. She would tuck him in every day and make up the best stories. It was evident that Midoriya Inko was an amazing woman and an even better mother.
That was what made her disappearance even more shocking.

Summary
