Sam was asking for it. Dean just gave him what he needed, because he was the big brother and he knew better. He knew what Sam wanted and needed. Even if Sam himself didn't know, Dean always knew better.
Little piece of smut set on "that" scene from Playthings. It's non-con/ dub-con, but it's romanticized and focused on the smutty details.

Jared is doomed to remain like this unless he finds someone with a cold heart who would fall in love with him before the last petal falls. Jared knows that’s impossible, so he slowly loses hope as the clock ticks.
