“I can’t explain it myself to be honest. I was ready to leave. I truly was.” Robby put back the kettle on its rightful spot and screwed the collar of the bottle. He had his back to Dennis but he kept talking, “Then I decided to do a last walk around the ED, and I found myself in front of the pedes room and I don’t know what came over me but when I took her in my arms…” He started to shake the bottle to mix the formula with the water. “I felt like I was not only soothing her but also myself. The little 8 year old boy that was also abandoned by his mother.”-------
