“Not yet?”
The Commander silently stared at me, just long enough to feel accusing.
“Well, I’m sorry, gonna do that now! Bye!” …Don’t judge me, it was a tactical retreat!

They separated to turn to face the King but kept their hands joined between them.
“I know you are angry,” Rhaenyra said before Daemon could speak, “But I beg you to dismiss all but Daemon and I so that we might speak freely.”
“Your Grace I must counsel against—” Otto began, but Daemon did not let him finish.
“You will remove this traitor from Rhaenyra’s vicinity or I will remove his head, brother.”

The morning that Daemon and Rhaenyra return to King's Landing from a war and a tour respectively, they do so after both waking from something previously thought impossible: a shared dream of a terrible future, one that they believe begins because of their combined actions on this day and those immediately following it. Though they make the obvious changes, they soon begin to learn that the more they change, the less they can predict - and the less they really knew of the truth to begin with.

Summary
Jojo und Nici hatten ja viel geplant, aber sicher nicht, dass sie auf einem Jedikreuzer aufwachen. Was anfänglich als Spaß beginnt, wird bitterer Ernst - immerhin sind die Klonkriege in vollem Gange und Palpatine hat gehörig etwas gegen unbewusst Rebellionen anstiftende Teens. Schnell müssen die zwei lernen, dass der Schatten des künftigen Imperators weiterreicht, als sie denken – und Palpatine wird um's Verrecken verhindern, dass sie sein sorgfältig gesponnenes Netz einreißen.
Rex will doch eigentlich nur den Krieg überleben. Blöderweise sind random auftauchende Natborns interessant genug, dass die Jedi sie behalten wollen und jetzt muss er sich darum kümmern, natürlich. Wenigstens hören sie auf ihn. Natborns sind seltsam, so viel ist ihnen schon klar. Aber direkt als Mensch und nicht als Klon bezeichnet zu werden, zwei Teenager eines fremden Planeten da zu haben, die nichts mit ihnen zu tun haben und trotzdem versuchen, ihm den Rücken decken, das ist... wieder so ein komisches Machtding. Seit wann ergreift jemand Partei für Klone? Wie ist das eigentlich, alles sagen zu können?

When Yusami finds out she's been dropped into the Naruto universe, she doesn't know if she should feel relieved or cheated to have missed out on all of the cool ninja stuff.
"Both" she decides as she looks down at her favorite customer and wonders how she can sneak extra veggies into his bag without him noticing, "Definitely both."
Or: a self-insert becomes a simple grocer in Konohagakure and decides that if no one else is going to adopt the baby protagonist, then it's free real estate.
Featuring: a civilian woman beating Danzou at his own game, Naruto finding the love he's always deserved, and a hefty amount of ANBU operatives wondering if the Uchiha are accepting volunteers for that little coup/revolution.
